I had a very bad experience at this Burger King. One of the employees (a Nepali guy) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was talking in a disrespectful way, had one AirPod in one ear and a work headphone in the other, and was not paying proper attention to customers. My order was also prepared very late because of his careless behavior. This is not the kind of service I expect, and I hope management takes action to improve this.

The drive thru area looks a mess with those big pillars in the way. I pull up Debbi rushing me to take an order. I’m trying to figure out what I want she keep rushing me and made the experience really bad. I was two seconds from not ordering but my kids was hungry. 30$ on some food that was not even that great. Her customer service was HORRIBLE!! I’m ordering and she keep saying what else ? is that it ? Like damn nobody is behind us and I need to read the menu I’m not sure what I want like stop rushing trying to mess up the order. She rushed and messed up my order. Ugh. I will not be going back to that location.
The Food is Burger King it's burger place the outer atmosphere is a bit sketchy for the wimpy and fearful but other than that if you just ignore what you see order quickly you won't notice the homeless people drinking beer next to you in the drive way. Service is a bit lacking of more friendly employees even when they are not busy, they fail to at least Say Hi! They just give you the amount you owe, hand you the order and close the door. Just forget we are paying 19.00 a burger to allow them to receive the 20.00 per hour wage you can at least be nicer to the customers trust me the burger is not worth 19.00 and neither will the employees be if they don't start being nicer and appreciate they still have customers willing to pay 19.00 for a burger meal. It's like the more they make the ruder the employees get, like there entitled to this big wage for being rude. Let's just hope they don't get replaced by Robots. They will be out of a job and be forced to work somewhere else and with that rude attitude it might be hard to find another job. I go to the drive thru once a week and order the same thing and get the same service from whoever is working, maybe that's their customer service training.
