Hyatt is incredibly welcoming and always goes the extra mile—asking for feedback on the new iced matcha and making sure guests feel genuinely cared for. This is my go to coffee spot in downtown Oakland. It’s a family run coffee shop and the owner Abdul is always welcoming. The cappucino always has the perfect amount of foam and tuna sandwich is perfect with the perfect level of taoastdness. Will be returning
