They were very responsive to our questions and quick to make adjustments, and easy to schedule a call with to discuss logistics. A few weeks prior to the event they provided different options for floor plans and their recommendations.
During the event, the team did an excellent job and made sure we were able to eat before we were stuck making the rounds. Our guests were impressed by the food and how it was cooked (I personally loved the lamb). It tasted just as it did during the tasting!

They were very patient with us as we procrastinated until the last few weeks to get final guest counts and even added a table four days before the wedding. On the day of, Cinthiya and her team were there early to set up. She thought of all the details we had missed (we didn't hire a day-of coordinator and our wedding had many DIY components) and took care of everything with a smile. Everything looked amazing, and our guests were wowed. The other staff were great as well. One of the bartenders came over to me and offered me one of our wedding cocktails because she saw that I hadn't had a chance to relax all night.Finally, everyone told us that the food was phenomenal, even our pickiest foodie friends. In the lead up, we tried a few different catering options, and Carrie Dove was by far the most professional and prepared the tastiest meals. Kit was so sweet and available to discuss the ins and outs of the big day. She made it clear that coordination services were available as part of what we were paying for, which we certainly would have utilized if we hadn’t already hired a wedding coordinator. We had a number of guests with various dietary restrictions and each one got special accommodations so they could eat a full meal and enjoy themselves with all the other guests. The Carrie Dove team were especially attentive to us on the day of our wedding, they were quick to get us a refill whenever we needed a fresh drink and made sure we made a point to eat too, which can be easy to forget to do when you’re chatting with all your guests! After our ceremony they met us with appetizers to be sure we got to enjoy some quick bites before we headed in to greet all of our guests. At the end of the night, they packed all the leftovers and helped us load it into our car. All of our guests raved about the food for weeks after our wedding! The food was one of the most important aspects of our wedding to us and we really wanted our catering to stand out. First off, they made us feel so special when went to having our tasting. Fast forward leading up to the wedding, they were so communicative and knew everything that needed to be worked out with our venue regarding space, permits, etc. Day-of, the food was INCREDIBLE. Carrie Dove is the perfect mix of elegant and delicious food at an actual reasonable price. The value of what you get with Carrie Dove is unreal. Food was prepared perfectly, including the steak (which is not always done well at weddings!), and the addition of the dessert table was a huge hit with our guests.
