Kit and Abby patiently answered all of our many questions over email, and they accommodated all of our requests, from providing an easel for a framed photo to providing alternatives for our guests with dietary restrictions.Everything went so smoothly, thanks to their team's professionalism and experience. We really enjoyed the food, and multiple guests told us that this was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We highly recommend Carrie Dove to anyone looking for a five-star wedding caterer!

I cannot say better things about Carrie Dove and especially Cinthiya Torres and her team. We delayed our wedding for three years due to the pandemic and CD honored our original contract. They were very patient with us as we procrastinated until the last few weeks to get final guest counts and even added a table four days before the wedding. On the day of, Cinthiya and her team were there early to set up. She thought of all the details we had missed (we didn't hire a day-of coordinator and our wedding had many DIY components) and took care of everything with a smile. Everything looked amazing, and our guests were wowed. The other staff were great as well. One of the bartenders came over to me and offered me one of our wedding cocktails because she saw that I hadn't had a chance to relax all night.Finally, everyone told us that the food was phenomenal, even our pickiest foodie friends. We cannot be happier with choosing CD for our big day.

In the lead up, we tried a few different catering options, and Carrie Dove was by far the most professional and prepared the tastiest meals. Kit was so sweet and available to discuss the ins and outs of the big day. She made it clear that coordination services were available as part of what we were paying for, which we certainly would have utilized if we hadn’t already hired a wedding coordinator. We had a number of guests with various dietary restrictions and each one got special accommodations so they could eat a full meal and enjoy themselves with all the other guests. The Carrie Dove team were especially attentive to us on the day of our wedding, they were quick to get us a refill whenever we needed a fresh drink and made sure we made a point to eat too, which can be easy to forget to do when you’re chatting with all your guests! After our ceremony they met us with appetizers to be sure we got to enjoy some quick bites before we headed in to greet all of our guests. At the end of the night, they packed all the leftovers and helped us load it into our car. All of our guests raved about the food for weeks after our wedding! Their chefs made the best steak, fish, and vegan gnocchi that we have ever tasted – our guests are still raving about it! Beyond the food, we are also so happy with their organization and planning. Kit Shires worked as our day-of coordinator and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Kit coordinated so well with all of our other vendors that it felt like everyone was working as a single team rather than separate sections. Carrie Dove Catering is absolutely incredible! We hired Carrie Dove for our January wedding and we are so glad we did. The food was one of the most important aspects of our wedding to us and we really wanted our catering to stand out. First off, they made us feel so special when went to having our tasting. Everything was so thoughtful, including a cute welcome sign with our names in front of a parking spot just for us. Fast forward leading up to the wedding, they were so communicative and knew everything that needed to be worked out with our venue regarding space, permits, etc. Day-of, the food was INCREDIBLE. Carrie Dove is the perfect mix of elegant and delicious food at an actual reasonable price. The value of what you get with Carrie Dove is unreal. She was so understanding of our needs and was able to execute our vision perfectly. We had an idea of how to put our DIY centerpiece, but the team made it look so much better than what we envisioned. They also reused our table decor for the dessert which we did not expect at all! Adrianna was so responsive to all our emails with all our questions. AND the FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! We selected some items for our tasting. We had an idea of what we wanted for the food and asked for some adjustments from our tasting. Once we finalized the menu, I was a bit worried about the outcome since we couldn't try it again. I had nothing to worry about. The food was AMAZING. I truly loved working with Victoria at Carrie Dove Events for my upcoming wedding on 6/28/2020. We had our tasting right before the shelter in place, which was phenomenal. We were planning a brunch wedding, and Victoria had so many personal touches like a welcome sign and printed menus for our tasting. She and the whole team were accommodating to our budget and our specific tastes (hashbrowns! Challah French toast! mini chicken and waffle bites) and coming up with creative ideas like a yogurt parfait bar and mimosa station. After COVID changed our wedding plans, Carrie Dove fully refunded our deposit, no questions asked, as we had to postpone our wedding. I look forward to working with them in the future, and in the meantime, have really appreciated their pivoting to #dovedinners! We ordered dinner and got it delivered--what a special treat! My company sent our team catered meals and this was probably THE best prepared meal I've ever received from a caterer. All the sliced sweet potatoes were arranged PERFECTLY, the brussel sprouts were perfectly roasted. The cooking instructions were perfect. The best, for me, was the hand made whipped cream. It doesn't look like what comes out of a can but perfect consistency and taste. Have already recommended them to another team :D
