AH MAZE ING!! This is my third time ordering from Cassave for my work and the gentlemen has gone above and beyond to help me out. I have ordered twice before large orders of pupusas, with curtido and chips. Wow! They were so great! He man told me they can do other orders as well like taco bar style. let's do it! I called him to place an order and he was so generous to take time out of his busy day to help place the order with me! I will always keep coming back here not only for the amazing food but the experience. Everyone that I have worked with there is amazing and they know how to make amazing food. I can't say amazing enough about Cassave! Everyone needs to try this place at least once you'll keep coming back!

This is THE local Mexican restaurant, I am so happy I live across the street because this is one of the best restaurants and its all about the food here! I love everything burritos, nachos and of course their tasty pupusas!

omg... ok so i ordered a menudo soup and it was a long hair right... yeah s*** happens totally understandable...i return to the place, talked to the cashier and i ask for a torta instead..... i waited 45 mins to fet my torta cause their fault(hair in the soup) !!!!!!! and whenni went to ask for the third time they told me this: oh well youre gonna have to wait 15 more mins cause were so back up on our tickets...!! i got some pupusas one week before this and believe me if you wanna fet some "real" pupusas just go to a salvadorianmplace, this place sucks it looks like the old lady(cook) doesnt give a s*** about nothing, always complaining anout shes not getting pay enough and all that kind of stuff.....

Today I was feeling like having a breakfast burrito to start my day and boy and I happy to have landed on this place. It was absolutely delicious! I chose bacon for my meat option. It comes with meat cheese eggs and green onions and I added potatoes for $1 more. It was sooooo good. And their green salsa was just the perfect icing on top. I'm so happy I decided to come here! I will be back to try other items. Additionally, the service was really good. They have great covid protocols and are super transparent about timing and everything. My food was made fresh and everything was perfect!

I've ordered delivery as well as takeout from here a few times, and everything has been fresh and flavorful! I love their soft yucca and "Mexican City tacos" for lunch.

I have tried a couple things on the menu: the plate with stuffed poblanos and the healthy super burrito. Stuffed poblano plate was ok, good variety and quantity but wasn't that excited abt the flavor tbh. The super burrito was wayy better! Delicious fresh and enormous whole wheat tortilla, great combo of refried beans, chicken, and veggies. Overall great flavor, filling and fresh. It's right by my work, and next time I will go for a daily special wrap, those looked amazing. Great value in terms of quantity and solid flavor. I'm not falling over myself to eat more here, but when I do I know it will be pretty tasty and very filling.

I have been patronizing this restaurant for years. Today the chicken burrito was awful! The chicken was old, hard, stale, dry!! I am very disappointed ! If you are going to charge $12 for a chicken burrito, it had better be fresh!! Lost a great longtime customer!!

I usually get the Chile Relleno plate which is pretty good. Today I tried the super Chicken Mole Burrito. Not a smart move. Theres nothing in it but chicken and rice. Tortilla was flour. It's supposed to come with Pico but could find no evidence of that. How is it supposed to be a super burrito if it doesn't have anything but rice????? Guac, sour cream, cheese, pico, onions - no nothing. And for this I paid $13.

As a Mexican, I feel it! Surprise surprise, tried this place out on Cinco de Mayo for some festive Mexican take out during COVID. As a Mexican, I thoroughly enjoyed! I ordered via Yelp Take-Out/Delivery and opted for take-out. I ordered a bunch of sides since I had tortilla chips at home: carne asada, pico de gallo (wish they had real salsa on the sides menu, didn't bother to ask either- next time!), refried beans, and guac (of course). My order was ready in about 20 minutes- I was able to track via Yelp. Being it was Cinco de Mayo AND COVID, I'm sure all Mexican restaurants were a little disorganized... but aren't we all these days?! My food was ready when I got there, just look a little bit to get someone's attention- no biggie given our situation. The food was good! Definitely hit the Mexican craving. All sides can be split for two. Carne asada was great, ate that in one sitting lol I definitely will be back to try more of the prepared dishes!

The carne asada burritos were pretty good. For $1 you can get guac, sour cream and cheese which is a good deal. The burrito had lots of flavor and wasn't dry on the inside. Both red and green salsas were slightly spicy and delicious. A small complimentary bag of chips comes with your order. The carne asada had a smokey flavor from the grill which was prominent in every bite (not the best flavor imo). Service was fast and food is made to order. The biggest con for me was the price! A carne asada burrito here is $10.50 + $1 if you want the guac etc. This burrito is so small for the price compared to other places in the area.

If you are ever in the area this is a definite go to. The pupusa's are excellent, the tacos & burritos are on point, everything is made to order, and the aguas frescas are always delicious! The only negative thing about this place is the location because it attracts a lot of the homeless population and they can be a little aggressive sometimes. But it's like they say, the more f$@&ed up the neighborhood the better the tacos!!!
