I LOVE Chica! The food is delicious, it feels homey and friendly! I would eat here every week (it's right in my neighborhood) but I struggle with the lack of eco-friendly containers and thus don't eat here very often. All the food is served in thick plastic takeout containers. I wish they would switch to more environmentally friendly options like compostable / paper containers. Kind staff, yummy food! Only complaint is that they use single use, plastic to-go containers for every meal! I would so appreciate if they would switch to compostable materials as most plastic ends up in the landfill and give dine in customers reusable ceramic plates and wash them.
