Given the wrong order inside my bag. Their solution is to give me a credit for a "free" meal instead of refunding me.So basically they're stealing my money and leaving me hungry.Re-Owner's response: Asking me to reach out doesn't put food in my belly. I don't get a do over lunch because you guys mess up people's orders.This site supposedly delivers but that might actually cost a couple dollars for you to correct your error.

I ordered doordash and was trying to get extra sauce they told me that i would have to pay extra and i had said ok then they told me i would have to come into the store to give them cash for the extra sauce even though i ordered delivery.Then when i got my order they gave me half a plate of food.This is unacceptable

I like their service. Especially there is one guy I love who smiles every time I go there. Keep that smile on your face ✌️?and clean the bathroom!I ordered a burrito and quesadilla for my son. The burrito was good all the time, but I did not like the quesadilla. There is almost no cheese in it.

Not our favorite Chipotle, they seem to really be skimpy on the portions. Don't order from them for pickup or you may be very disappointed by the amount of food that actually comes in your tray.

Every time i come there, the portion size gets smaller and smaller. Do the employees get a bonus for scrimping on the portions?

Ok so you may think this is a bad review and it very well could have been if it hadn't been for the smart and friendly management! I went in about 10 days ago and got a bowl half steak half chicken with guacamole bowl I always share with my mom. We don't eat this heavy food often but love the bowl with chips and I love the queso and salsa with the chips and so we get extra chips. So $30 dollars later for our dinner, which is reasonable for us. So now I get it home and we serve up and the food is cold. Not even a little bit warm. I'm very upset and not even thinking about driving back but call the restaurant and ask for the manager and get Andres, whose apologetic and insistent that the food is kept at a particular temperature. Well that's good but I live less than 10 minutes and it's impossible for the food to cool in that time to this temperature now and since I'm not interested in returning tonight he offers to replace my meal when I come in another day.So today I went in asked for him and he made my bowl himself. A very generous bowl. With a smile and packed the guacamole on the side which the other associate didn't do before. (Much better for rewarming) I'm very happy he kept his word and no one gave me a hard time. I was very happy to just buy my chips to go with my bowl!! Thank you Andres for taking care of this situation and making me happy!! I will be back!!

If I could, they would get 0 stars. The girl who helped me was very rude and had no customer service! She looked like she didn't want to be there. Food was ok, we will not be back for sure.

Chipotle changed something on the plant based side of the house. I get sick eating their food now or perhaps cross contamination. Delivery? No utensils no napkins to add ?.

I'd like to start off and thank Chipotle for the years of feeding us ambulance folks at all hours. We dearly love the fresh food and even more appreciated the consideration shown by the generous discounts for in uniform on duty crews. These dedicated public safety professionals really gravitated to this location for its proximity to the hospital. A perfect between call food pickup location that was a fantastic option when all else was essentially garbage food. Alas today will be my last trip here. I can't afford the 32$ meal especially if the staff is condescending and portions tiny. I know prices have gone up, everything has gone up but boy howdy the heaping helping of attitude was not what I was looking for. I go to chipotle for the pick your meal and enjoy, not the what do you want hurry up get out of here if today. I knew the discounts went away, again thank you for helping us to stretch our dollars (we're not on a firefighters or chp salary lol), but I can't spend that money and feel this way when I walk out the door. All the best :)
