The store smells bad. You can tell the food is not fresh but especially not expected at Christmas eve!!! I was trying to ignore all that and eat to see this black little insect in my food. Very disappointing.

I’d been going to another Chipotle restaurant in Berkeley (and others) and really pleased at the great flavors and quality of the meat. Sadly, my experience with my to go order here (carne asada special) had really dry meat - unpleasant to eat. It’s kinda turned me off to all chipotle restaurants (it’s the memory of great flavors that motivates me to go back)

Saturday I took my family in. We got two bowls and a children’s bowl. The chicken on the grill Was burnt Which should have given me a warning, but we were hungry. The chicken being served was tough and had burnt skin. We ate there and hoped for the best. The next day, she was not well, throwing up, and you know what else…and she still isn’t out of the woods but recovering. I was slow to go, but I’m going now! This used to be one of my favorite Cptl but it has changed like So many others…. Sigh.

I just got a burrito from here on Uber eats and it's so small... It's barely bigger than the side of adobo sauce I got with it.

I went on 8/16 at 8:20 pm. This store is supposed to close until 11. I got my bowl started just to be shocked at every step: no veggies (and no one cooking or chopping any), no corn salsa, no pico de gallo. Now I regret not having canceled my bowl, but I was so tired and I just wanted to get home. Imagine a bowl without any of those ingredients. It was horrible 😑 dry beans and rice with meat and lettuce. If the guy had told me!!! But I just went surprised discovering there was nothing and he said: “yeah, many things are out”. The price was the same, the same miserable portions, just dry as drywall. Super disappointed

They stored their garbage bins on our street on Lakeshore and it attracts rodents and makes our neighborhood look like trash.

The young woman shoveled the food like she was shoveling manure and then she gave me an extra scoop. That was about half a scoop for 525. I don’t know why these people are so chinsy with the protein you think it was their money but I didn’t feel like I got my moneys worth for 20 bucks. I got what would’ve been a normal burrito so lame. I hate chipotle now.
