The young woman shoveled the food like she was shoveling manure and then she gave me an extra scoop. That was about half a scoop for 525. I don’t know why these people are so chinsy with the protein you think it was their money but I didn’t feel like I got my moneys worth for 20 bucks. I got what would’ve been a normal burrito so lame. I hate chipotle now.

They refuse give cup water all the chipotle restaurants they never refuse me cup water only in Oakland I can't belive i was so thirsty Is it illegal to not give water cups in California? If you're out and about and dying of thirst, just ask any business for a water cup. Coffee shops are generally great about this. If a restaurant refuses to give you at least just water, they are breaking state law.Sep 8, 2024

The food is GREAT, the service is perfect, but the restaurant is kinda dirty sometimes but it doesnt really matter cause you can just eat at home. The only concern here is the price. Sometimes, a burrito can cost 16$.
Vegetarian options: There is an option to get a burrito, bowl, tacos, etc. Without meat, (Labeled somewhat clearly)

These are the worst customer facing people I have seen in a long time. They look like they really hate their job and are super rude. I got a notification that my order was ready, I walk up to the counter and dude and the front won't even look at me. They had a place to put pick up orders and there was a bunch of junk on it instead (Clipboard, pens etc.) There is a doordash guy there all pissed off because they aren't acknowledging anyone. Guy at the cash register then just starts to ring people up. So I'm like ok I'll let him help this lady maybe he was working with her and I didn't notice. After he rings her up just goes to the next person. Finally I have to interrupt him with an excuse me can you help me? He literally roles his eyes at me and says yes.... Then I show him the note saying my order was ready and tell him it isn't up on the shelf. He tells me oh it will be a few minutes. Then he does a few random things and goes and makes it... They are obviously hitting the order done button so their stats are good and not making it until you come in. I could have just walked in and got in line. I get it, it isn't a glamours job but this was over the top rude.

Very irritated this evening. Got off from long day at wk, didn't want to cook. Stopped to get a quesadilla. The server took the spoon, scooped the meat sprinkled HALF the meat and shook the rest BACK INTO THE CONTAINER. Why???? I'm paying my hard earned money for a portion not you. I said how much I will pay for what I was supposed to get. He said ohhh no it is expensive $5. I said we'll I would have to if you hadn't have given me half of what I was supposed to get. I did not raise my voice. So my next order he says wait as he fills low containers. Ok no problem. I ordered chicken bowl I'm telling him what to put on it and he is over talking me as I am telling him what I wanted. So then as I say no this is what I want he SLUNG the sour cream and salsa on the bowl to show his anger. I was too tired to say anything. I just paid and left. All I wanted to do was get a small meal go home after a long hard day at work. Didnt expect t to work all day and pay fair price for frustration.

Store is often dirty. My order is NEVER ready on time for pick up, the carpet is always jacked up so it’s a tripping hazard and there’s always some water on the floor so that’s a slipping hazard.
