I went on 8/16 at 8:20 pm. This store is supposed to close until 11. I got my bowl started just to be shocked at every step: no veggies (and no one cooking or chopping any), no corn salsa, no pico de gallo. Now I regret not having canceled my bowl, but I was so tired and I just wanted to get home. Imagine a bowl without any of those ingredients. It was horrible đ dry beans and rice with meat and lettuce. If the guy had told me!!! But I just went surprised discovering there was nothing and he said: âyeah, many things are outâ. The price was the same, the same miserable portions, just dry as drywall. Super disappointed

The young woman shoveled the food like she was shoveling manure and then she gave me an extra scoop. That was about half a scoop for 525. I donât know why these people are so chinsy with the protein you think it was their money but I didnât feel like I got my moneys worth for 20 bucks. I got what wouldâve been a normal burrito so lame. I hate chipotle now.

They refuse give cup water all the chipotle restaurants they never refuse me cup water only in Oakland I can't belive i was so thirsty Is it illegal to not give water cups in California? If you're out and about and dying of thirst, just ask any business for a water cup. Coffee shops are generally great about this. If a restaurant refuses to give you at least just water, they are breaking state law.Sep 8, 2024
9 small peices of chicken. Little rice whole buch of spices gives me heart burn I ask the lady to put a little more chicken she was showing attitude that I will be charged extra for double. The food is GREAT, the service is perfect, but the restaurant is kinda dirty sometimes but it doesnt really matter cause you can just eat at home. The only concern here is the price. Sometimes, a burrito can cost 16$.
Vegetarian options: There is an option to get a burrito, bowl, tacos, etc. Without meat, (Labeled somewhat clearly)

These are the worst customer facing people I have seen in a long time. They look like they really hate their job and are super rude. I got a notification that my order was ready, I walk up to the counter and dude and the front won't even look at me. They had a place to put pick up orders and there was a bunch of junk on it instead (Clipboard, pens etc.) There is a doordash guy there all pissed off because they aren't acknowledging anyone. Guy at the cash register then just starts to ring people up. So I'm like ok I'll let him help this lady maybe he was working with her and I didn't notice. After he rings her up just goes to the next person. Finally I have to interrupt him with an excuse me can you help me? He literally roles his eyes at me and says yes.... Then I show him the note saying my order was ready and tell him it isn't up on the shelf. He tells me oh it will be a few minutes. Then he does a few random things and goes and makes it... They are obviously hitting the order done button so their stats are good and not making it until you come in. I could have just walked in and got in line. I get it, it isn't a glamours job but this was over the top rude.
