Went in 9/8 6:50pm, a lot of food are out already and brown rice I got is under cooked. When I double checked the price with the employee they said “these people don’t read the sign, etc”. Overall very rude and unprofessional. Very poor QA of chipolet.

Went to buy some guacamole but I had to use the bathroom first so I asked the employees if I could get the number to the bathroom locks. The manager looks at the black employees and nodes her head. The employee ask the manager oh should I give her the code? I was very lost as I had just watched another person walk out the bathroom and exit the restaurant. The manager nodes again and then the employee tells me the code. I felt like they wanted to tell me no but wanted the Black employee to tell me as I felt it odd the manager couldn't tell me the code. I then voiced my opinion to the black employee. She then proceeded to tell the staff that I had an issue with how the whole thing happened. I acknowledge the issue I had and the staff got hostile with me. It made me feel as if being black meant only the black employee could engage with me. Needless to say. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

Oh...I had never expected this level of direspect from staff in the USA. I am new to the states and I am trying to learn the culture, system and the language itself. My English might be not good enough for them but I believe I deserve a respect as a customer and I was treated like a trash tbh. The food was average!
Just had an absolutely horrible experience at Chipotle at 1302 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612, on May 25th around 3:00 pm. He wasn't wearing a name tag, but a black male around 18-20 years old made my burrito, and I don't know if it was his first day on the job but he was the slowest, most unfriendly food worker I think I've ever seen. No greeting of any kind, he just walked up to the counter and stared at me with a surly look on his face. He also moved like he was in SUPER slow motion. It was really bizarre how slow he moved, like it was some big joke or he was trying to make a point that he didn't like me. He also changed his gloves twice, taking a long time to do it. The whole thing was just very weird and unpleasant. If he doesn't want me in his store, no problem. I will never be back. I've heard a lot of horror stories about how bad Chipotle has become recently and I guess they're true. The food tasted OK (I had the honey chicken) but everything was about room temperature and the tortilla was like rubber. No way that food was safe. That store needs a new manager before someone gets sick and sues the company. Right now, I'm going to file a complaint with the California Department of Public Health. One star.
Workers are pretty chill, not sure why there's so many comments about portion size, every time I've ordered here I've gotten totally overloaded burritos the staff could barely close.
Quick and good chipotle
Friendly staff. Overworked with only two on duty at lunch time.
They only give you half portions and service is painfully slow.
Kyoko, Kianda and the afternoon team did an outstanding job with my order, as always. Perfect portions of fresh, well prepared ingredients. The store was clean and welcoming. I enjoy ordering dinner for my family here because I know I am going to have a great experience.
Least quantity out of all the Chipotles I have been to.

There was a woman working the counter being constantly misgendered and called slurs by customers and her coworkers did not help or stand up for her. If this is the environment Chipotle creates for trans people then I will not be continuing to give them my business
Every time I get a burrito here, it’s folded so terribly. Every time when I get a burrito from this location it unravels right out the aluminum. Got double wrap today to ensure the burrito would hold, but they rushed so much that half the guacamole squeezed out as they were folding and now there’s guacamole all over one side. Couldn’t eat burrito without a palm full of guacamole. They gotta take their time and get a grip on this.
They also spill food across different containers all the time. I got no lettuce but had chunks of it in my guac. I got steak but there were pieces of that new braised beef or pork or whatever.
Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the employees are nice at least.
This was my first time at this location. The staff is helpful with answering questions. The food was great. It's easy to get around the place with a walker. I personally will be back.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's located on street level.

No bathroom even for paying customers while it’s open. Was told I couldn’t use it even though I was getting food. Decided not to eat there instead. Pretty sure it’s illegal.
