Not dine in, is located at the food hall and should be marked as such on Google. ?????? don't bother

Really fresh fish and large bowl! I like how they took care to present everything so well with all the toppings together, not like some other places where everything is randomly thrown in.

It was supposed to be good since the food looks fresh and tasty good BUT they barely have toppings! Also the topping portion is SO SMALL!!!!!! For the price that I paid I’m not happy at all.Not coming back! Ps: I have tried twice!

Not sure about the high 5 star reviews here. I ordered a $30 chirashi bowl that was 90% rice with about 5 pieces of (chewy, wet) fish. The meal was basically trying to chow down rice, soy sauce, and wasabi. MUCH better chirashi bowl options for less in the area. Keep searching!

The salmon was really good and fresh. The tuna was pretty decent. The hamachi tasted really fishy though.

Really well done wonderful combination of fresh tuna, edamame, and seaweed, nice to touch of spice. They also use real fresh wasabi, and they are women run.

I'm someone who is skeptical of poke places outside of HI and Chirashi was really good! Ordered for DoorDash pickup since I live nearby, and picked up at the Oakland Food Hall. Check in system for orders is seamless, but the estimate was off by 20 minutes. I got the pick three fish types custom bowl with spicy tuna, hamachi, and salmon, and all the free veggie add ons. Came out to $16.87 with their current promo the first time you order. I gotta say it really surprised me how good it was. Big, fresh cubes of tuna, salmon, and hamachi. Good sauce to fish ratio. The only thing I wish is that there were a bit more veggies. Other than that, I will definitely be ordering this again!

Fantastic food. I ordered the Toro over salad and made an error and ordered 2 orders rather than one, and I was NOT SORRY. Just freshly made delicious fish that was wonderful mild. I am appreciating this delicious food. I love good sashimi but consider this great sashimi, and my standards are pretty high (not to mention that I have several Japanese friends that come and visit). Definitely will be bringing them here.

Had two delicious poke bowls from Chirashi delivered via door dash. The location on E 12th houses a number of restaurants that do pick up and delivery only, I believe, so parking there might be tricky. While the poke bowls were a little on the small side, you could definitely tell the fish and other ingredients were super fresh.

The other day I ordered the "3 Kinds of Fish Poke Bowl" from Chirashi. It was a "Build It Yourself" type Poke Bowl, where you choose most of the key ingredients. Chirashi is one of the newest cloud kitchens at the Oakland Food Hall (aka Jingletown Eats). A cloud kitchen is a restaurant with no dining room, and no front counter. All sales are done thru apps or websites. Also, everything is delivery or pickup. So the other day, I made the mistake of not adding all the available free toppings, and ended up with a mostly protein (fish) Poke Bowl. The Spicy Tuna, Hamachi, and Toro were fresh and tasty. But I wanted something more like a salad with fish as a topping. Also, the bowl is somewhat small, only 5-1/4" wide. It held about 13.5 oz of food. How do I know? I used a pocket scale to weigh it before and after I ate it. So....Total Weight - Tare Wt (Bowl) = Weight of contents (food) Your bowl is smaller than other Poke places, and you charge $18. Presentation seems to be all about the protein choices. Not very colorful or balanced. So next time, I will pick the "2 Fish Poke Bowl, " and max the veggie toppings. Then I hope to upgrade my review. Chirashi is at the Oakland Food Hall in East Oakland. Parking is limited. If you can afford delivery, or have promo discounts, I would suggest you use delivery. Or have someone drive you and drop you off, and come get you later. There's 30-40 cloud kitchens in there, so there's alot of drivers waiting for orders. Good Luck ‐----------------- Okay, I tried to order the "2 Fish Poke Bowl" for lunch, and my order got canceled. DD says the restaurant is closed at 1150am. So, I will not try again, the review will remain 4-stars.

I ordered a Chirashi Don and the fish were fresh. I finished the whole bowl but feel like was missing something. Wish they also sell Sake to-go which would have been a perfect dinner. But overall, good quality bowl.

Very impressed with the freshness of the fish and quality of the food. There is a wide selection of fresh fish and chirashi bowls. Would highly recommend, very friendly service!!!

The fish in my sashimi bowl was high quality and so tender--I was really hungry, so it took some effort to slow down and savor each bite. Chirashi is the latest addition to the Oakland Food Hall, a large cloud kitchen on East 12th in Oakland, featuring about 30 different vendors behind the scenes. The bowl size measured from the inside is about 5.25" wide x 2.375" high. There's rice underneath the fish and some garnish on top (mine had ginger slices, wakame (seaweed salad), and tobiko. If you're a light eater, this is a good meal. If it takes a big meal to satiate you, I suggest having some sides bites ready. The highlight is the fish, not to stuff your maw. The food hall is geared towards delivery/pickup, not dining-in. There's two picnic tables in the parking lot, the inside only has pickup cubbies, a computer to check in, and two frantic cashiers trying to keep up the pace. Drivers are double parked outside and may try to elbow their way around you in line as they're trying to save minutes from their delivery. I really liked the food at Chirashi, but next time, I'll consider delivery.

The best tuna poke I've ever had! The tuna is very high quality and the presentation was nice.

I ordered the Sake Tekka bowl and it tasted fresh. The meat was soft and the sauce mixed nicely with the rice and sashimi.
