I usually always stop here in the morning when I work in Oakland. This morning, I didn’t need anything at the counter yet but had to use the restroom and when I asked for the key she said, you have to buy something. I said I come here every time I’m in Oakland and will order something later for lunch when I’m done with my work. She said, I don’t like your attitude and refused to give me the key. So sad but also the state of downtown oakland is to blame as well.
