The actual business CoCo Noir was very classy, but the owner of Fire and Water was extremely unpleasant. I dropped off my lady here to have brunch with family for a birthday and requested a meal to go which was not very good at all. I didn’t like the fish and chips at all. When I came to retrieve my plate I ate a fry and bit a piece of the fish and it tasted like OLD GREASE and the fish was over cooked and really just nasty. Real gem in downtown Oakland. Top wine and super friendly, personable service! Shout out to Kevin! We walked in on a Sat eve and they had a super tight Brazilian band playing! Wonderful atmosphere, check it out!
What an amazing place!!! The drink selection is awesome. The food that they put for their brunch was super delicious and the service is out of this world. You just don’t find that these days anymore, can’t wait to go back again.
