Horrible Service, Owner doesn't know how to support there own staff! I heard many different stories from there employees about the selfish greed (The owner). This store got robbed more than I can count. I knew 7 employee's who quit because the owner won't give them a raise or won't promote them. She always having them switch stores and doesn't support there staff AT ALL!

Around 9:30pm a friend and I confronted a worker of yours (short, Latino male) after catching him on the floor in front of the store taking a picture of her. He tried to make it look like he was cleaning/arranging tables, but we clearly saw that he had his phone out and was trying to take a picture of her. Once we saw him, he immediately stood up and walked towards the counter. When I asked him to show and delete the picture(s), he refused and said that he "can't go on his phone while he's working." His coworker tried to justify that "he wouldn't do that," but was busy in the back and not present during the incident. This is unacceptable behavior, we have no reasons to lie, as we are usual CREAM customers, but cannot be idle about this harassment. Will definitely not come back, and hope that CREAM takes accountability for what took place.

The worker who works here, short man, Latino, blatantly took a picture from the ground of me in my skirt. I saw his camera out when he stood up. When confronted, he refused to show his phone and went behind the counter and denied what happened. His coworker, female, also defended him against deleting the photos. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. This behavior is unacceptable

I have no idea why people rave about the cookies here. I had a mini ice cream sandwich and regretted it for the rest of the day. Too sweet, chemical flavor, yuck. The ice cream was nothing special. The kids all loved it, however. They're kids though , not to be trusted.

As a vegan, this is the #1 go to ice cream or dessert spot. Their vegan cookies are TO DIE FOR, in fact you can't even tell it's vegan. So chewy, soft, and sweet. Their vegan ice cream, the same. SO creamy and delicious, you definitely won't be able to tell that it's vegan at all. Their soy ice cream barely tastes like soy, but more like regular dairy ice cream. If you aren't vegan, they still have a very wide variety of flavors i'm sure are as good as the vegan flavors. Overall, the BEST ice cream place i've EVER been to.

Yum! Yum! Yum! There is nothing like eating some cold ice cream between two warm cookies. The contrast in temperature simply makes this chain work. Everyone should be happy with the choice of cookies and ice cream to fill in between.

Barely made it before closing time. Young gal was very nice. We had the blueberry cheesecake and mocha fudge on waffle cones, and I can't stop thinking about them. So rich and creamy. The cone was so buttery and perfect. Sugar really is a drug, and I'd make them my main supplier.
Like the cookies, ice cream is pretty average. Price is reasonable considering you get two cookies with your scoop of ice cream

Came here after eating lunch with a friend. There is free parking in the parking lot for 60 minutes or more I believe. My favorite kind of desserts are cookies and/or ice cream so I decided to get a chocolate cookie with cookies & cream ice cream sandwich. To my disappointment, the cookies were hard af! Ugh.. the worker said that the cookies were warm. NO, they were not. Please give out warm and soft cookies. If I knew the cookies weren't soft, I wouldn't have gotten it and would've just gotten ice cream by itself. I seriously didn't even eat the cookies, I had to throw it away. It was THAT hard. I ate the ice cream alone and it made me sad because I was really craving a cookie ice cream sandwich. I know it's just from my experience but that experience alone was just meh. So maybe you'll have better luck! Every place deserves a second chance.

This is the one place I will go to indulge. How can you lose. Pie, waffles, cookies, Dossant (cronut) ... plus ice cream. I will come here to kill my diet. So see you in a month. Maybe earlier.
