I was very excited to try these pastas but they were disappointing. I got the vegan carbonara and my girlfriend got the Mac and cheese. They were both disappointingly bland. I heated up the leftover carbonara the next day with a TON of garlic and salt and it was good. But please, definitely try the garlic knots. I would absolutely go there just for them.
firstly i love that they have a separate vegan menu, they also use separate friers and pizza cutters for the vegan food. and lastly love the vegan brunch on sunday. the one downside is the pizzas feel a little overpriced but it is sf
The pepperoni pizza is really delicious and I can only say good things about this shop when I come back to America. I'm already looking forward to eating a pizza there again

I want in to buy take out twice and they told me they where closed. After I saw a lady walk out with food. She told me she walked in to buy a slice then walked out without ordering online. This place is not right.š

They have a fully vegan menu they'll give you, just ask. Always very kind, I love their pizzas and beignets, it's always hard to choose what to order because there's so many options. Huge portions make it a good value compared to a lot of other options in the city. Would rate this 5 stars if I could. Updated from previous review on 2025-07-26

I donāt think Iāve been to a restaurant with such an extensive vegan menu. They even had vegan Parmesan that they brought to the table! We had the garlic Parm drumsticks, the pasta carbonara, and the Bubba shrimp pizza. All were good and the owner talked with us and asked us for some genuine feedback on how she could improve. Great experience overall! ļæ¼
I have been going to Cybelles since the early 90s, and this location did not taste as good as the Montclair Village location. It is still Cybelles and still a decent pizza. Prices for the slice have gone up with inflation, and then some. It's overpriced now, so that just means fewer visits for me.

My family and I would go here all the time for family gatherings. We enjoyed everything and love that they have delivery. We order take out often and the quality is amazing. We havenāt dined here since the new owners took over and hope to visit soon! Iām excited to see that they have brunch now!š
Great appetizer of vegan drumsticks with one of the best vegan ranch dressings. Like how they intimate skin and they have great texture. Went with vegan chicken loco moco. Have had the impossible version and liked this better even though the original is supposed to be beef. Still unable to imitate a runny egg yolk though. One of the best creamy vegan macaroni salads. Skipped vegan beignet this timeš„ŗ Only thing is getting pricier ever visit but still love the many vegan options with its own menu. Updated from previous review on 2025-06-29

They have a complete vegan menu!!! Thereās so many items to choose from. We split the Caesar salad, chicken parm, BBQ chicken pizza and beignets. Everything was really good. Only add would be a dipping sauce (chocolate or fruit jam) for the plain beignets. Parking was not too bad at 5pm Friday, got a spot 4 blocks away. Wait staff was cool.
With pizza itās all about the aesthetic, it has to look good to want to want to eat it. I ordered a medium pepperoni, I think whoever made my pizza must have had a blindfold on. I didnāt think pizza could be so ugly. It wasnāt even round, it kinda looked angular like a stop sign. They put too much cheese on one side and it was all over the crust, I prefer a very evenly coated pizza cheese wise and I donāt like my cheese on the crust. The pepperoni was not individually placed they overlapped it, creating a very greasy bite and it was just too much pepperoni per bite. I only chose to purchase from this spot because roundtable and dominos were slammed and I would have had to wait an hour for pick-up. This was literally the only place with no wait, and now I know why. Overall I do not recommend.
