I was invited to a Moroccan dinner for my SIL birthday and Dani Bensimon was the chef and the food was delicious! The lamb was so tender and flavorful and I LOVED the charred dates in the salad!

Daniella was a perfect fit from Day 1. She made my birthday dinner party for 12 feel effortless with her thoughtful menu ideas, careful ingredient sourcing, flexibility, and responsiveness. It was seamless! She prepared a three course Mediterranean/North African meal, including hummus with tahine sourced from Israel, fresh veggie hors d'ouevres from the farmers market, delicious goat cheese/beet salad, a succulent chicken tagine, roasted veggies and cardamom spiced rice, and for the grand finale, a banana chocolate cake to die for! Perhaps most of all, I appreciated her openness and friendliness. She was a lovely addition in our home while she prepared the meal, and a true professional. Very, very happy that I was able to find her and have recommended her to others since.

Dani did a pop up at a music/dance event at The Great Northern, and the food was MOUTH WATERINGLY AMAZING. Seriously, everyone there was raving. She and her assistant were both so lovely, and were such a great addition to the evening. If I could eat her food for every meal, I would. Still dreaming about the chicken with cherries. Top notch.
