Last week was the first time we came to that fine restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We had a good time with the attentive service, with the high quality cooking and fine drinks and with the modest cost. We will definitely return there in a short time.
On Tuesday morning, I tried to place an order for pickup at 9:07am. I get a notification that my order has been accepted. And then 30 mins later, I get a notification that the restaurant cannot complete the order because they'll closed. I tried to call them, but no one answers the phone. So I guess they are closed.So please update your hours.This is a neutral review, to be updated next time.

Nobody is open past 7 in downtown Oakland. The BBQ burger was on point and the chicken fried egg hit the spot w a biscuit, hash brown and egg.

This place continues to impress me. I love everything I've ever ordered there, especially the Avocado Toast.It's currently just a take-out window due to Covid, and they added an Ethiopian menu (what?!), which I decided to give a try. It was delicious! I got the beef tibs, and it was perfectly spicy and came with just enough injera for the dish. Came with a side-salad (meh, nice gesture though).I should have taken a picture, but before I knew it I'd eaten the whole thing. Maybe next time.
