Placed an order online and it's been stuck in "Packing the goods" mode for over an hour and they close in 20min. It's not even their place of business. It's a good hub where online food orders for multiple eateries can be picked up so there's no one to even talk to. Won't be ordering from them again.
Was pretty bad. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but it was practically inedible. Super dry and had a lot of hardened fat unfortunately. Portion was very small and yet it was so bad I couldn't finish it. Ordered off of Grubhub because of a discount. Don't think I will be coming back

Over all it was okay. Price was about average for bbq places in the area. Biggest complaint was my husband pulled plastic out of his brisket. when I brought it to their attention the cashier acted like it was normal and said it was because they wrap the brisket in cling wrap before they prepare it. They did offer to give more brisket after cashier spoke to someone in back. Be careful if you come to eat here. We definitely won't be coming back here
