Placed order on the app and accidentally chose walk in instead of drive thruđ€Ż. My car window is broken and won't go up so I don't feel comfortable leaving it in the parking lot to go inside. I already paid for my order why can't they hand it out the window? Why do I have to walk inside?????? Absolutely ridiculous. Makes no sense. Now I don't get to have the food I paid for.

Easily the worst Dunkin Iâve ever been to. It always takes two or three attempts to get your order correct, and the employees are always rude about it. Very slow even when itâs not busy. Know what youâre getting into and plan extra time if youâre stopping here.

I visited this Dunkinâ Donuts today and had a disappointing experience. I waited in the drive-through for about 10 minutes after being told, âWeâll be with you in one minute.â No one ever followed up. I eventually went inside, only to find two employees chatting and laughingâone of them wasnât even working. I stood at the counter for another five minutes without being acknowledged, so I left.
Itâs clear that customer service isnât a priority at this location, and it doesnât seem like the owner is invested in maintaining standards.
That said, Iâve had a better experience here once beforeâa woman working that day was polite and helpful. Unfortunately, that level of service wasnât present this time.

I've been waiting for months for them to improve their service and is getting worst instead. The wait during the morning is so long it makes you late for work. I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for a tasteless sandwich, I feel there was only one poor lady doing all the work. I'm sure the employee was doing her best but I doubt the owner has any interest in improving their business at this location. I've ordered this sandwich before and the last one was the worst ever. Not coming back ever again.
