Very bad service... wrong food... they didn't tell us what they didnt have until they gives the food out... they took very long to give my food and cool.... they gave me what i order , they give something totally different... ask for sugar for my coffee and ketchup they didnt have some... the coffee was super bad taste .... never again go to back

Ordered avocado toast. Ordered on instore kiosk. Only one person ahead of Me. Sign stated my was in process for 5 minutes . Then displayed ready for pickup. It was an additional 6 minutes for food to arrive. Didn’t eat the sandwich tossed in trash.

Plain awful service. Went there to pick up an order from too good to go. Store closes at 4p, I arrived shortly after 3p to pick up only to find the front door locked. An employee showed up behind the door, so I showed him the screen for pick up. He said only drive thru is open at this hour. Fine, I'll head to the drive thru. After 20+min of waiting at the slooooow drive thru line (only 3 cars before me), I finally pulled up to the window, only to be told by the same employee that they're out of donuts. Wtf? why didn't he just tell me that when I showed him the pickup screen earlier at the door?? Wasted 30min of my life for nothing. Stay away!

The absolute worst ice cream I've ever had. Freezer burned and old. They had no idea what the flavors were because they were all labled wrong. Milk shake was so watery you couldn't tell if it had any ice cream in it. Tasted like room temperature milk.
