I always enjoy stopping at this Dunkin’, but I have to give a special shoutout to Leslie. She’s always so kind, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. She brings such a positive vibe and makes my visit a great start to the day. Big thanks to Leslie for the great service!

Placed order on the app and accidentally chose walk in instead of drive thru🤯. My car window is broken and won't go up so I don't feel comfortable leaving it in the parking lot to go inside. I already paid for my order why can't they hand it out the window? Why do I have to walk inside?????? Absolutely ridiculous. Makes no sense. Now I don't get to have the food I paid for.

Easily the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. It always takes two or three attempts to get your order correct, and the employees are always rude about it. Very slow even when it’s not busy. Know what you’re getting into and plan extra time if you’re stopping here.

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts today and had a disappointing experience. I waited in the drive-through for about 10 minutes after being told, “We’ll be with you in one minute.” No one ever followed up. I eventually went inside, only to find two employees chatting and laughing—one of them wasn’t even working. I stood at the counter for another five minutes without being acknowledged, so I left.

It’s clear that customer service isn’t a priority at this location, and it doesn’t seem like the owner is invested in maintaining standards.

That said, I’ve had a better experience here once before—a woman working that day was polite and helpful. Unfortunately, that level of service wasn’t present this time.
