Love the convenience and quality of their sushi. The setup of this place is odd; people don’t know where to stand and there’s a past of the shop that is totally unused. It would be nice if they redesigned the space and could have more things or allow people to not block others trying to look at and grab food.
I’m obsessed with Ebiko. I’m literally here several times a week for a quick lunch in between meetings. The fish is always fresh and everything is super affordable. I would love to see a 10 piece nigiri platter or various donburi options aside from the tuna (I always get the tuna ?) always delicious!
