I put in a future pick up order for Nachos using door dash. When I arrived I grabbed my food then left. Immediately I noticed that the presentation of the food was nice but most of my chips were soggy leading me to believe that the food had been sitting.

I give this wonderful establishment 5 stars without any questions. The staff is very friendly, the food is very tasty, although I don’t really like spicy cuisine, but the employees of the establishment took this into account. I have only positive emotions after visiting this place. I recommend this place.

First time going there I loved the food. Had some (Camarones a la Diabla). DELICIOUS but the beans were the bomb ? best I've had in a long time. The service was EXCELLENT our waitress was on it the best. Definitely will go back again .

Been going here for 30 years with great food, but last night was HORRIBLE. Ordered 2 different burritos and neither had extra cheese we ordered, my super burrito did not have guacamole or salsa and the rice was so undercooked it hurt my teeth. I had to open the burrito and discard all the rice. The chicken was minimal and the whole thing was dry and tasteless. The other carne asada burrito was also dry, had minimal meat and no guacamole or salsa. Both contained undercooked beans!When I called to complain the guy said “that’s impossible. The rice cannot be undercooked. No one else complained.” I offered to return it so he could see for himself, and he said “We don’t return anything.” Me: “Then give me a refund.” He refused. Will never go back. Rude and unprofessional service with ZERO customer service. Unacceptable.

Ordered a carne asada burrito add guacamole and a vegetarian burrito add guacamole both never had guacamole. Showed the waitress she let the owner know. Still had to pay because apparently the cook added it. The owner never checked for herself to see our plates.Very poor customer service.The place had food on the ground. Outside was so nice and cool but when I got into this restaurant it was hot. There was only 4 other customers I'm not sure why it was so hot.Went a separate time and ordered carne asada fries and the fries were under cooked.

I have been going here for over 9 years, and I have always loved the enchiladas, pupusas, and tacos. I was disappointed today as my pupusa was soggy, and my enchilada was cold. I will say this is it. I have had the experience before, but I gave it another chance as we all deserve one. With that being said, my experience is my own. I hope you enjoy it. #indifferent
