Food sub standard even for an airport lounge. Too crowded and having to pay extra for ‘premium’ drinks as an Amex Platinum card holder is not acceptable given the increasing annual fee. Would make me question whether to renew next year. These shared lounges are becoming less and less appealing

Timm at the check in desk is the best.
Darren, the young bartender, was also so sweet. He helped me figure out what I wanted to drink.

The only draw back was the charcuterie board was completely empty and not replaced.

Great job at the Oakkand, CA Escape lounge. All staff were helpful and courteous- during our 3 hour delayed flight. Shoutout to Tim and Corey! Keep these guys around they are the perfect example of good hospitality.

Lounge had steady flow of passengers. Food was replenished multiple times while was i was there. Food was fresh and had good taste. Staff was friendly. There were random paper towels under one or two seats but other than that lounge was clean. No restroom inside the lounge but airport restroom is right across the entrance.

The food and service...is just OK but probably what you can expect from these lower tier lounges today. My big issue is the placement of outlets for charging on one side of the lounge, with no regard for accessibility.

I was desperate since my phone was about to turn off and I needed a charge. When asked, the employees kept telling me that there are chargers in the only empty seats available at that time on the far right side of the lounge, near the bar area.

The chargers were not even visible from the seat even when I pulled a chair to look at ir. It is way deeper inside the already low seats. I had to get on the floor and kneel down and then bend to take a look at the outlets.

With arthritis and a disc/back issue, this was very difficult for me. And in spite of asking a few times, none of the employees came forward to help. The charger placement as well as the service in this regard was a disappointment and hope something can be done, as most people try to charge up during a lounge visit and this place doesn't accommodate those with disabilities which may not be readily visible.

Timm is great. So friendly. It is rare to get a good experience in an airport lounge. The lounge was clean. The food was warm and tasty. A great experience.

There are no bathrooms.💩and give so little food 🍇. but they have good service 😁.

Bartender Irvin was great. Efficient and pleasant. Crushed the day.

They don’t give it away $60 walk-up p.p. ($45 advance paid res) but it was clean, comfortable, quiet 🤫 and the snack bar food and drinks included were quite good. I enjoyed a delicious Stone IPA, mi esposa her Cabernet and the lentil s soup, sandwiches and nachos hit the spot. Next time I’m Oakland we will stop by again. Recommend.

Purchased a Chai Latte, unfortunately do not recommend it was lacking the spices flavors.

We stopped at the Escape Lounge at the Oakland Airport while waiting for our flight. We enjoyed a full breakfast and mimosas, as well as a few snacks. The food and snack selection were more than you usually see in a lounge, and the area was well staffed and clean. Though there were a number of people, food was abundant and the drink area was never crowded. This is a very nice lounge.

Escape Lounge (new to me) far exceeded my expectations here at Oakland airport. Extremely pleased with the selection at the breakfast buffet this Saturday morning, including 2 types of scrambled eggs: regular, and with spinach and feta. The sausage patties were great, too. And friendly staff as well.
