Not the best coffee, not the worst airport coffee I've had. Super automatic machines control the process. If you get a double espresso ($5), it'll taste like an Americano/an okay small cup of coffee. I wouldn't recommend diluting it further
Standard cafe located in Southwest Terminal 2 by Gate 24 that serves up coffee, bagels, and pastries. I got an Everything Bagel with Hummus ($6) and while toasted, the bagel was incredibly chewy and became hard very quickly. I liked having the hummus spread on the side so you can control how much to have, but the bagel itself was very much mediocre. If you’re desperate for an overpriced bagel, then this is for you. Otherwise I’d skip it and wait til you can get something...
This morning I landed in Oakland for a short layover and decided to have a cup of coffee while I wait. I'm not super familiar with the Oakland airport and as I got off the plane and started walking towards my next gate, I saw Farley's Cafe and gave it a shot. There was a decent line but I had an hour before my next flight so I didn't mind. I didn't feel like something sweet and was more in the mood for a darker roast.I ordered an Cafe Au Lait with a dark roast...
