Standard cafe located in Southwest Terminal 2 by Gate 24 that serves up coffee, bagels, and pastries.
I got an Everything Bagel with Hummus ($6) and while toasted, the bagel was incredibly chewy and became hard very quickly. I liked having the hummus spread on the side so you can control how much to have, but the bagel itself was very much mediocre.
If you’re desperate for an overpriced bagel, then this is for you. Otherwise I’d skip it and wait til you can get something...
This morning I landed in Oakland for a short layover and decided to have a cup of coffee while I wait. I'm not super familiar with the Oakland airport and as I got off the plane and started walking towards my next gate, I saw Farley's Cafe and gave it a shot. There was a decent line but I had an hour before my next flight so I didn't mind. This cafe is next to gate 23 and opposite to the restrooms. Has few vegetarian/jain food options. I ordered a decaf mocha with almond milk. Staff is nice and helpful, they made it with regular coffee but replaced it when I told them that the order was for decaf. Mocha had less of the chocolate taste and was more of a regular iced coffee. Definitely have had better mocha elsewhere. Overall good place to get a quick flight while waiting for boarding or if you have just landed in...
