I’ve had some really terrific sandwiches and pastries here before but the times I’ve returned to get the same items, it’s been inconsistent. Friendly people though, the service is always great.
If I could do 4.5 stars, I would. The food is amazing (shoutout to the biscuits and gravy) and the baked goods are pretty bomb as well. I snag bread and misc. pastries from them from time to time. Everyone is always nice and the vibes are pretty solid. The only thing that’s a little off is the seating arrangement. Everywhere feels like an awkward spot to sit. That could very well just be a me thing. It runs warm in the summer, but you may be able to snag a table outside and...
Biscuit sandwich is mids. It came with a "side salad" that was a half a handful of spring greens, very underwhelming. I see what they're trying to do but fail in the execution at a costly price.However, SOME of baked goods are pretty good. Don't get any cream puffs, the choux dough is rubbery, tasted really OLD. The sticky bun was great though.Don't get food here, come for the baked goods.
