I thought this was a bakery, it was actually an aisle cap inside a grocery store that had grand bakery products.
The challah and macarons live up to the hype. So good!!
I enjoy the bakery , good assortments. They even had the famous black & white cookies.
Nice food here.
It is no longer grand bakery but a health food store. Fortunately they had a rack of a few grand bakery items i.e. bagels, challah, and babkah
It's not a bakery; it's bagged bakery products within a health food grocery store
Quick polite service, AWESOME pastries and bread. This isn't the bland fare you find in most local bakeries, this is buttery, crumbly, baked goodness on par with the BEST. Amazing.
Our Lox Box, delivered to our front porch, had three chewy bagels, a generous amount of thick and delicious lox, perfectly slivered red onion, capers, lemon, wee muffins, and cream cheese, of course. What a marvelous experience—we will be back!
This isn't really a bakery that you can visit but instead a grocery store that offers some baked goods from Grand Bakery (which is apparently baked on premise). The items looked ok but not what we were expecting.
I was looking for a bakery to deliver an order of round challah, honey cake, hamentashen, and almond logs for someone special to celebrate Rosh Hashanah. Sam, the owner, was able to help me get this very special package out in the most friendliest and professional and timely manner. I was very happy to hear the review from the recipient saying that the hamantashen was one of the most delicious ever tasted (in particular the poppyseed), the challah was delectable, and very much enjoyed the almond logs and honey cake as well. Sam was an absolute mensch and we could tell he is proud of his products (rightly so!!) and has become our go-to bakery for jewish holiday gift-giving!!!

Bought a few bagels and pastries. Loved the food.
I had been the biggest fan of your almond log cookies. I bought them regularly via Farmer Joe's and the Food Mill. I thought they had always been top quality and were, in fact, my favorite cookie! However, the latest batch as of October 2017 was very disappointing: the almond paste filling tastes weird, and the chocolate coating looks weird (not shiny) and tastes different (not good). What is happening? I am good for one more purchase and then it's sayonara. I will disappear as a customer.
I just heard that the bakery will be closing. No words ;(
Wonderful challah, black and white cookies, macaroons, fruit filled danishes and turnovers, and so much more. One of the best things is Bob Jaffe, the owner who plya Grateful Dead tapes all day long. Nice vibes, nice people.
