I thought this was a bakery, it was actually an aisle cap inside a grocery store that had grand bakery products.

The challah and macarons live up to the hype. So good!!

Just picked up a box of Hamantaschen and, my oh my, they were good! YUM! Great filling and a delectable soft cookie dough. They are ever so fresh and tasty, and good sized too. A couple had the dough overlapped so far you couldn't see the filling exposed, like typically done, yet the surprise was quite nice. I would definitely get more!

I wish I could give this place no star. The staff there was rude to me. I saw them arguing with 2 different people who were trying to get paid for some kitchen repairs. The place is crawling with roaches.

Our weekly deliveries always arrive without a problem, and they're extremely nice and easy to work with. If only every vendor could be so reliable!

So disappointed with the products at this bakery. The rye bread is not rye by my standard. Should be bleached dough with lots of seeds and a crunchy crust. Black n' white cookies are disappointing and undersized for the price. Challah is bland. Unfortunately for Grand Bakery, I grew up in the Jewish neighborhood of LA and have come to know what great Jewish baking should be. Regrettably, Grand Bakery doesn't measure up, but, no other bakery in the Bay Area does either. Sad.

Nice food here.

It is no longer grand bakery but a health food store. Fortunately they had a rack of a few grand bakery items i.e. bagels, challah, and babkah

I love Grand Bakery at the food mill. The best in challah in the area, and I'm addicted to the macaroons, careful, habit forming, they deliver now and it's awesome. Always fresh and delivered on time, definitely recommend, and the left over challah makes great French toast. So happy Grand is still around after all these years, I met the owner the other day, Sam, he was so nice he gave me a discount card. Thanks Sam,

It's not a bakery; it's bagged bakery products within a health food grocery store

Ordered the JFI Chanukah Box. Came in the morning on the day promised, and the baked goods were all amazing! Especially impressed with the macaroons, almond logs, Russian tea cookies, and hamentashen. These types of cookies (imho) can be overly dense if you try to make at home and aren't the best home baker, or can just taste not-so-great/chemical-y if you buy from a supermarket. Me: "oh, these can actually be delicious." The sufganiyot were also really tasty (as expected) and my favorite of all the things in the box.

Their bagels are the best bagels you can buy at a grocery store! The texture is perfect and I especially enjoy the everything bagel. I usually buy 6 at a time and freeze a couple to enjoy in the future. I 100% recommend this place

Quick polite service, AWESOME pastries and bread. This isn't the bland fare you find in most local bakeries, this is buttery, crumbly, baked goodness on par with the BEST. Amazing.

Next level quality baked kosher nosh. Bran muffins, black&white cookies, challah and bagels are not to be missed.
