The general manager, Karla, is the standard for what good customer service looks like. We had a small issue during our dining experience and I was incredibly impressed by how Karla handled the situation. Great vibe, food, drinks, and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend.

Always love the brunch at GLK. It's hard to go wrong, but the chilaquiles are fantastic, and never forget to order the donuts!

I have eaten here a number of times, the menu is interesting and eclectic. It's a very popular restaurant, during peak hours you need to be patient in regards to service and how quickly you get your drinks and food. This time I ordered their garden burger which I thought was really delicious.

Great place but they need to change their hours on Google as there were two groups showing up with us and they weren't open.

The staff was really attentive, and the food did not disappoint. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Since GLK moved into our neighborhood, we've been eating here a lot. The food has wonderfully improved over the years, always tasty with an eye to detail. I've always been happy with the service as well. We bring our visitors here.

The drinks were different in the best way, we ordered the clementine spritz (orange) and the blood orange spritz (red). If you’re a fan of a sweeter drink go for the clementine, if you want something more on the refreshing side go for the blood orange. The fries were delicious and fresh. The wings are not something you’d order on a first date as the excess garlic maybe divisive for your company. But aside from that, the sweat and savory blend of the sauce is undeniable. Overall 9/10.

Grand Lake Kitchen is one of the most delicious restaurants to dine in. The wait staff was great and very accommodating. Someone in our group had a gluten intolerance and the waiter answered all our questions. We had a wonderful atmosphere, meal, and drinks.

We decided to order a bunch of small dishes and share them. Not one of them stood out as that good to me. The pickled vegetables I would pass on next time, kale salad was ok, cream of mushroom soup came out luke warm and I had them reheat mine, polenta was boring. The fried brussel sprouts and broccoli rabe were oily. The only thing that was decent was the garlic bread. The service was fantastic and friendly

We had a working lunch/discussion on a Sat. at lunchtime. The food was great, most of us had salads and burgers. Excellent meal. It was a bit noisy but that's OK. it was lunchtime and I'm glad for the restaurant that business was good.

Appetizers were more amazing than the main course for lunch. Next time, order appetizers and share the chicken.

Parking was a little challenging but it is a neighborhood favorite. Nicely packed for a Sunday evening. Service was prompt and very friendly. We were all pleased with the fried Brussels sprouts and our selections. I had the Char Siu pork chop. The rice noodles were underneath the generous pork chop. I might have preferred it to have a bed of rice rather than noodles. The noodles did not absorb the juices from the pork chop as I would have liked. The chicken breast was very tasty and our friend enjoyed the dish. Her daughter ordered the hangar steak and it was beautifully cooked to a medium rare and scarfed down rapidly. My husband ordered the warm prosciutto sandwich. which hit the spot. Nicely grilled. We ordered the mocktails and the beer on tap. Good variety of choices from the bar and good drinks. The made-to-order doughnuts were hot and dusted with sugar and nutmeg. A perfect bite that was comforting and tasty. A great diner and neighborhood gem.

Great service, cocktails, appetizers. However, The eggplant parma was not cooked.. sauce was delicious but eggplant was too thick and not cooked. Donuts were perfect. I would definitely go back but not order the eggplant.
