Won’t be coming back. Been here multiple times and given them Multiple chances. There is a reason this place doesn’t have a line compared to the other shops in Chinatown
Duck: not a lot of meat or flavor Roast pork: they’ll give you the bad cuts and you have to argue w/ them, even when you asked for belly and they have it. The meat is not overcooked and decent quality but lacks spices

This place has the best Chinese barbecue especially Empress chicken, which is my favorite. They used to be in San Leandro and I’m so glad they moved to Oakland. I used to drive from Oakland to San Leandro just to buy their barbecue now longer need to make that trek. So happy they are in Chinatown now

I'm not sure if this is the old Chinese BBQ place that was here before the fire or a new one but the building's been closed for years b/c of a fire. When I went all they had was BBQ duck, and they were flying out the door.
