Ordered delivery from Guru Curry, and as menu wasn’t 100% clear,phoned the restaurant. Restaurant staffer very helpful, advised mark choices vegan and would not be an issue. I felt very reassured! Had mushroom mattar, pakoras and naan. Great that several naan options were vegan! Generous portions for a reasonable price. Guru Curry House in Oakland is a gem! The food is packed with authentic flavors, and every dish tastes freshly made with quality ingredients. I highly recommend the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan — the perfect combo! The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. It’s a cozy spot that’s great for both dining in and takeout. Definitely my go-to place for Indian cuisine in the area!
