I'm saddened and disappointed to hear that the residents of the building that houses Here's How have effectively put this amazing bar out of business. What a nasty group of people you must all be.
We stumbled upon this place since it's across the street from emporium. It's a bit not noticeable from the outside which makes it kind of cool. But once you walk in, it's a nice hipster ambiance and dimly lit place. We made it there for happy hour , it ends at 7 pm. Drinks are 7 dollars and some snacks are a dollar off. It's pretty worth it for the happy hour and they have some pricey snacks/food to order. It's a nice place, good vibes and good service.

This must be a little known cocktail bar in oakland because it's been pretty quiet the last few times I've visited. The drinks are delicious and the service is always phenomenal. A great date night bar or a place to catch up with friends, their cocktails are sure to meet your needs. Highly recommend
