We had such a great experience at Hesher’s Pizza & Taproom! While waiting on our to-go order of the Cheese Master regular pizza, we played a round of Uno from their giant game closet—literally a chest with drawers full of all kinds of games. We even finished our game right as the pizza was brought out to our table!
The atmosphere is awesome—inviting, laid-back, and fun. Between the pool table, pinball machines, and all the board games, there’s something for everyone to enjoy while hanging out.
As for the pizza? Absolutely delicious. The Cheese Master hit the spot, and I loved that they included small sealed packets of red pepper flakes, cheese, and more on the side. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
Overall, 5 stars across the board. Great food, great atmosphere, and great people. Highly recommend Hesher’s if you’re looking for a fun spot to relax and enjoy top-quality pizza!

Love their pizza. Square pizza! Beautiful, delicious local brewery beer and cider menu. (Beer and cider snobs will enjoy. I am one and I do). The hesher theme is awesome 🤘 (you will hear King Diamond) and they have many pinball games that also follow the theme. Guns n Roses etc . Indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoors you will have Night Herons hanging out hoping for a morsel. (They are not shy about hopping up on the fence next to your table. Don't be mean to them. They will run away if you gently shoo them away. I think they're cool though. )

Awesome place- great music playing, huge beer selection, rad art prints for sale, and pinball. The pizza was super tasty too, we had the Coffins Choice and it was bomb. Crust was on point. Definitely will be back.

I would say that the pizza was created from Satan himself. It was so good I felt like I was doing something wrong. We got the pepperoni honey pizza and it was almost like Detroit style pizza. I always knew that Detroit would be derived from hell. JK but for real this environment is super interesting and is themed on heavy metal. The beer was focused mostly on ciders and was cool that I could get a flight. I would say that if you are cool with something different and are down with metal, show face here. Pro Tip; I saw a couple bring their first date here. I would maybe not do that. Maybe just your homies and play board games. 7.3/10

I loved the tap room that used to be here but, today I came for the pizza. I love Detroit style pizza, so I went out of my way to get here after seeing the photos online. However, I think I got burned by the infamous Sunday B-team. I mean, the pizza was good fine, but it was clearly NOT what was pictured. There was too much sauce and too little cheese. Individually, these issues aren't significant but together, and you've just created 'soup on bread.' It was disappointing. Any good resturantour will tell you, consistency is key. Let's re-train the Sunday Crew, capiche?
Lastly, the ciders were great and the bartender was too. Also, since I'm a white guy in his 50s, I am, of course, a fan of the decor but, two broken game machines and the complete lack of ANY Street Fighter is just blasphemy. Who am I kidding? I'll be back.
