Excellent coffee. They did nothing wrong, I’m only writing this review because it might be helpful for customers. But I wish they would ask if you want your drink hot or iced. I ordered their strawberry latte and since the description said it was like quick strawberry milk, I assumed it would be an iced drink, because I always drink strawberry milk cold not hot. But then I got the drink and it was hot. Which was totally my fault because I didn’t specify. But I feel like the description could maybe confuse customers, so maybe to help customers out so they don’t order something they don’t want, it could be easier if the barista ask them if they want iced or hot, because I also didn’t realize the default in summer was hot drinks when not specified. But again, this was totally my fault. Nothing wrong with high wire. I love their coffee. Although I do wish the strawberry latte had a bit more strawberry in it because honestly, I got the latte and it just tasted like a normal latte. But because everything is excellent from high wire it still was amazing and I wasn’t upset about it. Anyway, this is more just a suggestion because I know the bees are doing their best and are not doing anything wrong, but sometimes a tricky customer like me comes in and forgets to specify, hot or iced lol

I love this place, but I do have one complaint. When I use the app and put in a special request like “no foam”, I constantly get drinks that have not recognized my special request. This is a little annoying and it’s also unfair to the barista who then insists on remaking my drink to make it match my order. It seems like the app should be modified so that the barista can clearly see what the special requests are when they’re making the drinks. Otherwise, I love this place.

Second time here - definitely quality baked goods & well crafted drinks. They definitely have a loyal following as you'll see customers basically all the time & expect a wait during peak hours.
Friend of mine likes high end matcha & enjoyed the hot matcha latte here, with oatmilk. My latte with oatmilk had a nice coffee aroma and very smooth - very different than the stronger stuff you'll get at Peet's Coffee (which I also like). Worth a visit if you haven't had Highwire.

High wire recently moved from their Market Hall location to the building next door. My latte was nice but seemed small for $5. The new location was rather sparse and didn’t have much character to it, and I hope they add some decor. You can park in the nearby BART parking for free on weekends.

I love their iced tea and their decaf coffee, really tasty. Counter folks are extremely nice and efficient too.

Parking: Usually easy to get a spot in the Market Hall parking lot. Street parking is a little harder.

Happened by one morning & felt the need for a cortado so I indulged. I usually utilize coffee I roast at home but from time to time I like to taste whats outside of my personal efforts. The coffee was excellent & service was 1st class. The staff were very friendly, the turnaround time was quick & efficient. I would highly recommend taking in what Highwire has to offer they are a worthy coffee shop☕️???

always a great experience & today was no different. great coffee, quick service & knowledgeable staff - as a former peet’s employee (14 year veteran) i was curious about the “flash brewed” iced coffee as i had not heard of it before. the barista kindly explained that they brew coffee with hot water over ice & noted that it brings out more/different flavors than the cold brew process.

Coffee shop with good espresso and a real, cappuccino. Pastries are fresh every day and quality. Seating outside on the sidewalk.

Can get very crowded and tough to access on weekends, but on a weekday morning, there is always parking.

Parking: Lots of spots in the morning, and it gets progressively worse until the evening or weekends, when it can be a mad house on College Ave.
