Terrible coffee but mostly terrible service from the girl in the counter. Prepared me the wrong coffee, and when I told her that, she just spilled it to a different glass. The most doun level not respectful service I received all over CA so far. Shame.

I've been frequenting this establishment, in one incarnation or another, pretty much since Market Hall was built. It is a wonderful centralized neighborhood hangout, good coffee, friendly service, a good place to catch up with your neighbors or grab a cup before or after heading off on BART or bus. It's not particularly a food place. They have a small selection of pastries, but it is in Market Hall, next to a bakery and many other gastronomic delights

Traci & Crew do an excellent job thanking care of this busy location. Lots of outdoor seating available to sip away the morning or afternoon. They offer a small selection of baked goods at the counter. However, they've switch vendors of late to their detriment.

I will say that in a world that sometimes can feel like customer service is dead, this place renews my faith in humanity.I am always greeted with warmth and a smile and everyone who works there is always super kind and acknowledges me as a regular.The coffee is delicious and they're always happy to accommodate any special requests I have, like extra hot.Shoutout to Andres who makes the best lattes around.
I'm really impressed with this place!! The coffee is delicious and super competitively priced for the Bay Area. This spot on College is airy and there's a good amount of seating outside. Only complaint there is the pigeons come inside a lot. I'm not sure if their syrups are housemade but I really liked the lavender latte. Also they get your drink out super fast even with a line!
