Have tried Peet’s, Starbucks, Blue bottle, cafe Santana, modern coffee & souvenir coffee (all either chains or third waves local to the east bay). This is consistently one of the best latte or other espresso drinks around. (Although modern & souvenir are right up there too. Plus blue bottles mocha — that stuff is *chefs kiss*)
The is superb the croissant was ok, I was hoping for a really nice flavor of the coffee. I did get a latte apart from the standard coffee shops. You see on every other corner. This coffee, top tier.!!!
However, I was a little disappointed with the pastry as there’s no way too warm the pastries that was a little bit of a disappointment, but sometimes you can get past that. Unfortunately the croissant was overcooked so it didn’t have that soft buttery croissant...

About as good a Cortado as I’ve had as this place knows what one actually is. And the serving temperature was spot on, something too many places haven’t figured out. Oh yeah and the flavor profile was delicious too. So good I brought a bag of beans to take back to NYC with me.
