MANNNNNNN QUIT PLAYING ON GAWD THAT WAS THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH I'VE HAD IN A LOOOONNNNNNG TIME!
So tonight i decided to try Hotbird and I'm so, so glad I did , I was chopping it up with one of the owners ( just the most kindest and chill human being) and im in total awe where do I begin... okay on the way home I had to sample the fries because the delicious aroma... how could I resist and im so glad I did yummy,yummy yummy, yum ? .
I couldn't wait to get home and try my fried chicken sandwich well once i got home I got myself together and proceeded "to get down on it" I thought I was going to pass out from the flavor train and the juiciest chicken ?.
I called for my daughter to take a bite so she did and was pleasantly surprised on how good it was and the bun, coleslaw OMG I've officially have gone into a food coma.
Please check this spot out you will not be disappointed. Trust ?

Spicy! And good. Neither I (got extra spicy) nor my friend (who got mild) finished our food, because after about halfway, we got a bit overheated. The heat is compounded since all drinks are one-offs, not refillable.
I got the mac and cheese as the side, it was good. Price for it seemed a little high for how little you get... But that seems to be the case for mac & cheese sides these days.
But it was still good! I'll pick the next step down in spiciness next time.
I got this chicken twice in one week. This is the bee's knees of nashville hot chicken. The breading is thick, crunchy and super flavorful; sweet and hot. There's some unknown spice, maybe cinnamon in there? The chicken is also not dry which often happens with tenders at other places. Their dipping sauces also add some flair to the experience. Honey mustard is my favorite.

Paid $16 for a fried chicken sandwich to go, get home, and it's bone dry. So I called them and asked "Where's the sauce?" They say "You gotta pay extra for that." ?
How stupidly can you run a restaurant? Do they expect us to be happy eating dry sandwiches? Why would they not just include some sauce and add it into the price?

The best food! Not so service. They just don't staff the register so if youre picking up food or you want a quick anything this shouldn't be your stop. 5 stars if the people working cared enough to come from the kitchen to see who was waiting at the counter.
