Hoza hands down has the best vegan chicken wings I’ve ever had. They’re made in house and I believe they are seitan. The sauces slap especially the carolina gold but honestly love them all. They don’t do the whole sugar cane bone like some high end vegan restaurants but personally the flavor and texture are so good I don’t think it’s missing a thing.The vegan pizza varies from okay to good depending on what you get. Personally like the spuddy buddy the best.Recently they moved to the space next door and it’s got a nice vibe in there definitely want to check out happy hour sometime.Dietary restrictions: Vegan

With all the good reviews on happy cow, people saying it's they're favorite vegan pizza etc, maybe I had set my expectations too high. Pizza seemed pretty mediocre to me. My omnivorous partner thought their meaty pizza was not so great too. It's not bad and I appreciate all the vegan options, but there's better vegan pizza around. I like dimond slice more honestly.

The vegan food is delicious. Especially the Carolina Gold wings. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now. I plan to have them cater my daughter's first birthday! Perfection all around including staff.
Some of the best pizza and wings in the east bay. I went in for a beer and after hearing so many pizza gush about the pizza it was clear I had to try some. Theres usually a different slice type everyday. Creative, quality ingredients and thoughtful prep. This place is amazing.
Not open. The guy inside told me the hours are wrong and that they wouldn't open for 6 hours.If you know your hours are wrong, why not fix it? I was really excited to eat there. I would have come in the evening if I knew the hours, and I won't have the opportunity to come back again.There's no excuse to have people take time out of their day and travel to visit their restaurant and just not be open.

Every time I eat here the order is incorrect. The hostess assured me the food was all correct and when I got home half of my order was missing. Next time I ordered they forgot to deliver the entire pizza. The food they managed to deliver was cold and dripping in oil as if it hadn’t been cooked all the way. I recommend getting pizza elsewhere as you most likely won’t even get it from here.

The food has been overcooked and dried out the last few times I went. The service is atrocious they acted like I was an inconvenience to them for ordering food. The ambiance is like a hipsters dream; dirty and reminiscent of a old timey diner accompanied by one ancient Nintendo 64 for entertainment. overall 3/10 I do like the vegan wings but they menu is so inconsistent I can't even order the only decent option they have for me. Overall I would give zero stars if I could.

Best vegan pizza! My favorite spot for vegan pizza and wings - I've been vegan 23 years and Hoza has the best vegan pizza (Bare Knuckle is a very close 2nd). Would love to try more options on their vegan menu but can't stop getting the party fowl 2.0 every time because it's so damn good. Vegan lemon pepper Parmesan wings are perfect too
