The food was mostly fine, the portions were large, and the woman (cashier/busser/waitress) who took our order was very helpful and personable. The problem was the acoustics. The person who is working at the grill is banging something loudly and frequently, very annoying, the decibel level is high. I don't know that I've ever been in a restaurant that was that loud. If it's a nice day, you could eat outside on one of their two 2-person tables, but I wouldn't recommend eating inside there. Also, the watermelon lemonade, which the menu says is made fresh in house, wasn't bad, but I don't think I tasted any watermelon in it, and it didn't taste particularly fresh.

My husband and I went to pick up our order, we went there being our first time through a recommended. Food is 🔥 & did not disappoint! The chopped cheese is where it’s at! Hubby ordered the California burger. We will definitely be coming back again! Service was great too, my husband and I felt welcomed & the food was exceptionally delicious. I was going to include a picture of our food but we inhaled it before I remembered to take a picture 😅 just know it was pure bliss for our tastebuds in our part 👍🏻

It's was great .... The youngster at the register was very polite and smiled! However, the seating inside is HORRIBLE. They got two tables squished into a little corner that only 1 person at a time could get in or out of. That needs to be fixed. Other than that great spot!!!

I had an amazing experience here. Daniel, the lead shift really hooked me up and gave me really good information on the sandwich. This cheesesteak is much better than the commercial ones around town. Will be coming back!

Meh. I’ve eaten here twice. The first seemed alright. The second, I realized they were very stingy with the chicken on the chicken cheesesteak, so the sandwich was mostly bread and sauce. Couldn’t see what’s worth $15. Service is pleasant if rather slow. Atmosphere is bland.
Great cheese steak's, better house cut fries. Probably the best chain for Phillies in the bay.

This was the worst cheese steak in Oakland. Philadelphia cheese is way better a block away. I got a garlic cheese steak, taste like Italian dressing. No cheese, no meat, more like a meat sauce slathered on bread. Cheese steak need to be held to a higher standard if you want it to be Steak 🥩.. in conclusion, store was very clean, bathroom exceptional..

I used to go to the IB's in Downtown Oakland, was craving for a cheesecake, so picked up a BBQ Cheesesteaks with the works! It was super filling and delicious! So good on a cold day!
