They are no longer in operation and are operating out of a ghost kitchen. The quality has significantly decreased.
I give the highest caterer recommendation to Ikaros To Go (catering by the team that ran Ikaros restaurant). They planned and managed a very delicious memorial dinner for us for approximately 75 guests. The customer service and food were excellent - our menu included roasted salmon, vegetarian mousaka, rice, Greek salad and garlic bread, plus dessert of Baklava and sugar cookies which everyone also loved. They also handled dinnerware, water, lots of set up and clean up, soft drinks and pretty bottled Greek waters for the tables. They were extremely considerate, thoughtful, flexible, organized and reliable. Ikaros to Go went above and beyond and made our event very special. We are very grateful - Thank you Ikaros to Go!

I’ve enjoyed ordering takeout from Ikaros in the past, but unfortunately the new location for pickup orders is a bit sketchy and the quality of the food is not the same. I’d recommend they revert back to takeout orders from the actual restaurant.

I was disappointed to learn the eat-in operation had closed so we decided to order online. The ordering process was fine. They said my order would be ready in 20 minutes and I live about 15 minutes away. I headed there immediately.
When I got there I found an unstaffed area with kiosks and lockers. While waiting in this pickup lobby numerous people came in, flashed something on their phones and picked up their orders from a locker. I got NOTHING but a text that my order was ready. I still have no idea what they got on their phones that opened a locker.
Finally someone yelled for help and a man came out. After he was done with the person who called out, I asked about my order. He brought it out immediately and told me it had been in a locker for 10 minutes. Some information on how to use their pickup operation would have been helpful.
Bottom line, what might have been a good meal was cold and just OK. Their pickup operation sucks. Oh, they also forgot the fries.

We started with Kavoura and Spanakopita Meze. Then Lamb Chops and Spanakopia dinner with a small salad and Tiropita. Finished with Baklava and Galaktoboureko. Lamb was prepared as ordered, potatoes were tasty. Kavoura is a Greek Artichoke and Crab dip, very good. Spanakopita is Spinach filled Tiropita is Cheese filled My sister had never been here but since they are closing I gave her a treat, she was VERY PLEASED
The food was, as always, fresh and delicious. The service was prompt, friendly and attentive. I always enjoy coming here with friends and family.
Love this restaurant, the food is great. Service is sometime slow but it's worth waiting for. But only Dine In. I'm really, really disappointed that they now have all deliveries come from someplace in Berkeley because that's about a 2 star experience. I won't be ordering delivery again.

You are only as good as your last meal. And mine was not good. Lamb way overcooked and dry, I would have given it to my dog if it didn't cost so much.

We hadn't been to Ikaros for quite some time, and a friend told us how good her last meal there was. So, we gave it a try. The food really was well-prepared and very tasty. We had the appetizer with three dips and pita bread. All great, especially the spicy one with red pepper. I ordered the 1/2 lemon roasted chicken, lots of food and really, really good. Had leftovers today for lunch and still delicious. Highly recommend.
Ordered from Uber Eats, got a Horiatiki salad with a chicken gyro add on. It’s not a gyro, it’s just chicken. Please update that add-on to reflect that
Our server Michael was delightful from start to finish. His friendly demeanor and knowledge about the menu made ordering easy. We appreciated him offering wine samples and being attentive throughout the evening. The food was well seasoned and cooked. Good portions for the price.I would come back
