I’ve been coming here for YEARS and the service has always been cool with friendly workers. Unfortunately they are starting to skimp on the food. They Jack is known for making your food fresh and fast however seems like the food is being pre made and sits until your order so it’s fast but they problem is when you do that the food is dry and not flavorful. Also the portions is SMALLER!!! How the heck the sausage patty and buns SHRINK to a kids size? The menu pics still make things look big like it actually WAS but not anymore. My extreme sausage sandwich is NOT EXTREME. The pattys are so small they don’t even fit the small bun they are using now. Yeah I’m not happy with that.

One of the worst in the franchise tbh, but not THE worst. So I guess it has that going for it. Food was always fast, and what I expected. Service was very likely bad, but never as terrible as places I've walked out of. The vibe is: they hate you, but their food is cheap and fast so order and don't suck and you'll have a good time. If you are ok with that, it's good enough.
