Was heading home Sunday night 10/05/2025. Around 10ish pm. Drive through typical wait. Ordered 2 orders of the monster Tacos. Get to the window waited roughly 7 - 8 minutes for my order. The young lady comes to the window and says you ordered the tacos. I said yes she says 1 moment. 5 minutes later she comes back with the order. She asked if I wanted sauce I told her yes. She hands me the bag and says on 2 taco sauce left.my response was really ?. I get home after a log day open...

Probably the most underrated Jack in the Box out there! I couldn't even imagine better service from a restaurant let alone a fast good burger place. I was flip flopping between the double bacon cheeseburger or the supreme chicken sandwich, and the counter person recommended the chicken, well that was enough for me, and let me tell you something... It was amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆

At first, when we got to the window, this girl was very rude. She didn’t want to help. She kept rushing. She close the window on us, but then this gentleman named Omar came to the window and helped and gave us everything we needed on a timely matter and communicated very well and met our needs. We will come back to this location only because of him, thank you
