Jade’s Palace is a decent spot among Oakland’s Chinese eateries. It’s a simple takeout place with a massive menu and generous portions. I had the chicken fried rice and salted fish; both were pretty good. The atmosphere is brighter than many other places around. The staff could be friendlier, but overall, it’s a reliable spot if you’re in the mood for Chinese food.

DISGUSTING. We ordered fried rice and it was literally just white rice with boiled shrimp and ZERO egg or flavor. The garlic chicken came with gristle chicken and for some bizarre reason, fried rib scraps thrown on top?
This place is absolutely disgusting even if you're just going for Americanized Chinese food. DO NOT go.

Great food my family and I have been coming since I was a kid and I’m an adult now. Love love love jades I bring out of town family and friends here to spend money but I’ve noticed over the past few years they have become rude and I’m spending my money, then I notice they give you one hot mustard and a few soy sauces you ask for more hot mustard and it’s a problem, yearsss ago I don’t remember the service being like this I’ve been wanting to do a review but I’m like nah maybe they didn’t have a good day but now I don’t coke as much but when I do they are still rude so sadly but tonite will be my last night and I know they may not care, it’s just not okay to be rude like someone done somethin to them. They should get their customer service back up.

I was going to order on DoorDash but it was pricey. So I just picked up myself. Two items, chicken wings and chowmein $35! Outrageous!
Huge menu list, decent pricing and generous servings. Make this a go-to place for takeout for gatherings and groups. One thing to watch out for is if you're going to pay by credit card they will charge a fee, so if you can bring cash. I am a fan of their beef chow fun and fish with vegetables. Some of their fits are a little on the salty side, but that's the only complaint I have ever had.

Nasty ? I ordered the crab ricetbey didn’t put Crab just a bunch of eggs and cabbage if I didn’t live far away, I would’ve took it back. It’s nasty. Y’all don’t go there no more. charge me $70 Charge also 2 dollars to use my debit card also got some shrimp fried rice and pepper steak. I bought the shrimp fried rice for my daughter she ate all the shrimp out of it had about five shrimp.
