I am on a gluten and dairy free diet and was so happy to see they offer cupcakes that are both gluten and dairy free. I had a vegan/gluten free snickerdoodle cupcake which was literally the best cupcake I have EVER had!! Thank you guys!🧁 🩷

Ordered the wildflower cake for my kids bday party and it was beautiful! The ladies that worked there are so sweet and kind and definitely put lots of love into it. Everyone kept asking where I got the cake from during the party because it was so beautiful. Thank you to the cake makers who made my kids day extra specialšŸ¤

The cakes and cupcakes here are SO delicious. I've gotten cupcakes for work, cakes for family celebrations and any other reason I can think of to order. Just that good!

A random find of the day and they did not disappoint soon the writing of this review I have tried the carrrit cake and it was very light and moist. The icing was creamy and not sweet, a very good cupcake.
Once you’ve had them fresh it makes ya wonder how good the day olds are lol. Significantly cheaper and something that moist can’t truly go bad overnight if stored correctly ryte?
Anywhoo, just some thoughts. I purchased a half dozen and can’t wait to try the rest

Dietary restrictions: A lot of gluten free options

Parking: Limited but not impossible, look like one of those areas where walking a block isn’t terrible

Kid-friendliness: Kids love cupcakes and there were some kids stuffing their faces during my visit. They looked happy

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible and welcomed

I was tasked with buying a cupcake for a couple to privately share their baby’s gender. Nothing fancy, just a cute blue cupcake with a little topper. I ordered online from James & the Giant Cupcake and threw in a little ā€œtipā€ for the restaurant to make the cupcake special.

When I picked it up a couple days later, it was … definitely a blue cupcake… Nothing more, nothing less. I asked about the topper or glitter or something and they told me that was only for large orders. They don’t decorate solo cupcakes.

Okay. Cool, I guess. They did give me what I ordered, though I don’t know why I had to wait two days to pick up the same plain cupcake they had in the case? Oh well. Shoutout to all the restaurants doing the bare minimum!

Been coming for years. Customer service has gotten so bad hardly come. The quality of the cupcakes are subpar. Definitely not worth the price. Finally made my last stop 5/22/24 the customer service from the woman with slick ponytail. She was rude and unfriendly. Just because you have old cupcakes keep in mind the customer don’t won’t them especially if they cost $5. Once these start raises prices they lose value in all areas typically.

Support this (kinda hidden) local business! Very tasty cupcakes! It’s hard to find a good gluten free cupcake and their tiny chocolate cupcakes did not disappoint! The cheesecake frosting I stole from my bf’s regular cupcake was also very good. The cupcakes are kinda pricey, not something I’d buy all the time, but until my next visit: I’m going to be craving them for sure! Park around the corner by the school, San Pablo St doesn’t have much available.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and vegan options.

What an experience. I'm standing in line and all of a sudden, the host of the morning radio talk show I listen to gets in line behind me. Him and his kids. OMG
