Ordered through grubhub, specified certain item changes (like instead of peppers, used grilled onions instead). All 4 sandwiches came with no toppings of any kind. No onions, peppers, lettuce, ANYTHING. Just chewy stale bread, dry (not juicy) meat, and melted cheese. Meatballs are clearly frozen, chicken cutlet tastes like they ordered from burger king and just slapped marinara (which taste like a jarred abomination) on it. Onion rings are dry, bland, and overall FINE at best. Got a issued a partial refund through grubhub after trying to call the restaurant directly (no answer).

Tried to order three cheesesteaks from here, total came to $96. Tried to cancel the order as soon as we saw the price (less than 1 min after we ordered) and they charged us $76 for a cancellation fee because they started “preparing the order”. Tried to get ahold of Uber eats and the retaurant for a refund and the “restaurant” refused because apparently roasting three loaves of bread for under 1 min costs $76. Do not order from here! Borderline illegal operation. You’d have better luck taking ur money to the slot machines.

They should be embarrassed to be in the restaurant business. 1st they have no idea what a Philly Cheesesteak is. The bread was so soaked and wet, the meat reminded me of week old meat shavings from a school Cafeteria.This was by far the worst thing, i say that because it does not qualify as a cheese steak, I have ever eaten.Spread the word, do not waste your time or money at this place.

I ordered through Doordash. Cheese wiz extra cheese wiz. It came with some kind of white cheese mushrooms stale hardened bread. I don't like mushrooms. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to any one. There was very little product of any kind it's mostly stale old bread.

$50 on uber eats. It's like a piece of **** white castle burger that had a birth defect made by a ??? that had to sit on it and press it down to wrap it. I seriously hope i don't get a venereal disease by looking at this thing. Thank god uber was convinced by the picture that a FULL REFUND was adequate compensation for trusting this fool of a company with my needs for a Philly cheesesteak. I've never had a better culinary experience in my life.

Bun is a little bit bigger than a hit dog bun. Don't let the pics fool you. I spent 30 bucks for a kids meal.and the steak wasn't good at all...had some sort of weird taste...yuck save your $!!
