Our dinner was delicious, as usual. Started with miso soup (always good), then had an outstanding warm mushroom salad over wilted greens. The 'shrooms were simply wonderful. Then came the mixed tempura, as usual delicate and tasty. The only dish that did not excite was the "American wagyu beef," which was chewier than we would have liked. The sushi is consistently fresh, carefully prepared, and delicious! I have one concern: They are so busy that, if you try ordering delivery after 6pm, it can take AGES to arrive, which is not fair to the drivers and annoying to the diners.
Unfortunately, the day I picked up my order the restaurant was prepping for a catering event so I didn't get a real feel for the atmosphere. Also, when I placed my order on-line there was no mention that the restaurant would be closed to the general public due to a scheduled event. I lucked out by ordering in advance. No biggee, but I would have been somewhat upset if I had made the trip only to be turned away due to a planned event.
