Dude! This breakfast sandwich is fire! I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich plus added bacon and I can't begin to tell you how often I recall the taste of that sandwich daily. I'm actually trying to diet and gawd this tasty place is not productive.This is the type of breakfast sandwich you make at home because you can make it your way and no one else gets it right...this place makes your breakfast sandwich.Buttery, savory and with the bacon salty! Just what Mondays call for.The service can be a little hipster, meaning lackluster, depending on who you get but this is the Bay, I've dealt with way worst and a little sugar goes a long way...at times. Try to kill em with a smile. ?Small location and I've personally never eaten on site, I'm always taking into the office or home and that's says a lot that a takeaway hot sandwich is still 'momma's homemade good' after 15 min+ transport.

Chai latte with oatmilk was very tasty ... a tad on the sweet side, frothy, and good to get my day started. Seating inside and beautiful local art on the walls by local artists. A few seats outside too . Small but quaint. Love the fact that there's a community board on the wall. They have sandwiches available & pastries. Would have liked a bit more friendliness from the person taking my order. I'd feel safe if there was some kind of barrier on the curb between me & the cars speeding by heading to get onto the freeway.
Breakfast sandwich is very good, but way too small and expensive for what it is. Coffee is good.
