Chai latte with oatmilk was very tasty ... a tad on the sweet side, frothy, and good to get my day started. Seating inside and beautiful local art on the walls by local artists. A few seats outside too . Small but quaint. Love the fact that there's a community board on the wall. They have sandwiches available & pastries. Would have liked a bit more friendliness from the person taking my order. I'd feel safe if there was some kind of barrier on the curb between me...
Ordered the Bryan special and substituted the bacon for sausage (good size patty).big breakfast sandwich compared to other places if you love avocado this sandwich is for you definitely coming back wen I’m in the area.
