The $5 fill up box is advertised with an extra $0.99 on it... The sign from corporate has 99 stickers next to the $5. You can't substitute you mashed potatoes for wedges for free like other locations, the drinks are all watered down. No bathrooms. The good thing is that the food was hot and fresh!
Great customer service! No drive-thru. Went in on the way to an obligation, they had no green beans (we would have had to wait 20 minutes for them), and no bowl to serve my Famous Bowl to go, so said I might not be able to get it. I asked if they could put it in a cup, they offered another container. In the car, I found that it was in it's proper container. Logistical inconveniences, but the workers were professional, polite and pleasant!
I was just passing through Lake Shore & was a little...hungry & the $5 Box Deals, on the advertisement on the window caught my eye; you got me KFC, the great atmosphere set the mood. Hadn't had KFC in a long time; maybe 4/5 years. The place was cozy, outdoor seating; on a great night like I had it would've been a great experience, however I ate inside.
