I placed a mobile order. Meal for 2, 5 piece meal with sides and drinks. I picked up my order. I received a wrong side. I noticed the wrong side while at the restaurant, and the employee gave me attitude about it. She told me to order just mashed potatoes without the gravy, I showed her the receipt and she made the mistake. I had to drive back to the location once I was home because they gave me 3 pieces. The manager, herself, admitted to giving me 3 pieces, 2 breasts and 1 wing, since she packed the order. Instead of giving me a breast and wing, she gave me a thigh and drum. Its absurd that the employees and management at, KFC 3400 Foothill Boulevard, are skimping orders because they feel like it. Besides that the manager decided to keep the 2 biscuits for inconveniencing her for trying to get my order correct. Food was good, would have been better if I actually received the right items 1st time instead of having to drive back and forth. Trying to park in their lot is a pain since it has 1 entrance not too far from the corner. Atmosphere is ok while the sun is out, no cash, card only. Got my refund and free food, getting my KFC elsewhere from now on.

Whoever is running this, Location is doing a great job. All of the workers are amazing. My food is always hot and fresh. This is the standard of KFC. I haven’t gone to KFC regularly in years and because of this Location, I have stopped by twice in the same week!

I typically don’t review fast food restaurants but I was super impressed with the food and service here. This is by far one of the best KFCs around. Perhaps it was because I arrived at opening at 10am but I had crispy hot chicken and buttery delicious biscuits. Probably the best biscuits I’ve had in the Bay Area that was buttery, hot, and flavorful.
There were no other customers but I suspect it’s because KFC removed wings from their menu, which is why I had stopped coming to KFC. Bring the wings back please!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kenya is an absolute gem! My niece and I visited this KFC for the first time, and she made our experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the appearance of the store was so clean and Kenya greeted us with the warmest smile and made us feel so welcomed.
Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were top-notch. After we received our order, she went above and beyond by bringing us a plate, extra napkins, and checking to make sure we had everything we needed.
KFC, please give Kenya the recognition she so much deserves. If you do not place her in a manager role or promote her, I guarantee you will not keep her for long because someone will recognize her talent and passion for providing exceptional customer service and her outstanding leadership abilities. The lady working was really rude. I couldn't make sense of it, she probably projected the problem she had before onto me. This was unprofessional. You should be friendly and polite to the customers who come in and not project your own problems onto them.
