Great local spot to grab fresh, seasonal beverages and food. I love the orange cream latte. There's always some new art from local artists on the walls. Lots of seating to post up all day and get some work done. The staff are super friendly and down to recommend something.

Although proof of my caffeine addiction (lol) it's ver sweet when they remember your name. Greeted warmly. Stuff ready in decent time. Always some sweet art hanging up, really appreciate they give space for local artists to sell their goods. Rose lavender latte was perfect, only wish I could super size it & food was a hug to my tummy. Thnx yall. I know this place gets shade sometimes. People say that the workers can be rude but personally think they are just reading it wrong. It gets busy. People get overstimulated. It's not personal. I am grateful for this shop in our community. Always meeting sweeties here too! Think that speaks to the atmosphere.

KV is my go-to local coffee shop. First of all, the folks who work there are excellent. They're friendly and always down for chitchat or crack some fun jokes. The seasons drinks are amazing (I hope they bring the passionfruit mocha back, but the ube latte is rather excellent right now ;p) and don't skip on the classic lunch sandwiches as well! (and if you're lucky enough to be there in the summer, get the affogato if it's on the menu!!!). The staff is also leans mostly queer presenting (at least when I'm writing this) and it's clear that they try to make a welcoming environment for anyone/everyone coming into the shop. Love this spot!

I love this mom and pop cafe! The ambiance is A1 they make you feel very welcoming. The food is always fresh. The cafe is very clean. I always recommend this spot for lunch meetings.

Great cafe. I went here for lunch and got a roast beef sandwich and a green ice tea. The food was delicious and the service wonderful. Definitely worth popin inDietary restrictions: They were so accommodating with my food allergies and used fresh utensils to make my food.
Good drip coffee. But… you can’t raise the prices on food items by almost 25% and not have it reflected for months and months on the menu. If you’re going to do that, then charge the price on the menu until it has been corrected. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was $6.50 on the menu but I got charged $8.00 + tax. I canceled it and just got coffee. I notice A LOT of businesses in Oakland not changing their menu prices. It comes off extremely unprofessional and lazy.

The coffee here is pretty good and the food is tasty but make sure to check your drinks and food. There been a couple times now I haven't been given the extra things added to orders which is annoying since it costs extra. And I also notice that they don't fill the drinks up all the way so make sure to check before leaving so you can fix your order
