Best midnight snack :3 !!! I've came here before and I didn't really like how it tasted at first BUT I am glad I came back!! The corn is 2$ each and you can get it on a cob or in a bowl. Drinks are 1$ each. When I went, I waited for about 30 Minutes but it is worth the wait esp since it's cheap and open late!!

It’s really tasty, and reasonably priced.

I would love to give this place a better review but after going there I will say on The late side only to find one place open that was kind of a disappointment. Tacos Y Chelas had some awesome taco offerings but it would have been nice to have a little more selection or even some coffee. If you're going to post the time you should probably be there up until that time for people won't come back.

Great fried chicken sandwich, a bit spicy, yummy slaw and soft tasty bun. New, clean seating if waiting or table if eating in the alley. I went on Monday and only one vendor but it was good!

Great new location on Telegraph with a variety of different foods on different days. Tacos, waffles, chicken, burgers, salad, loaded fries... yum. All good. Everyone's so friendly and you can watch your lunch being made fresh while chatting to the creator. Tasty and good value with a place to sit and hang out.

Had a really nice time at Kono. There's something special about hanging out with friends over tacos and fries on a picnic table in the middle of a quaint business district. This would definitely be a place I'd come by all the time if I worked nearby. I had four tacos ($12) with some interesting meat choices. For instance they had beef shank (super melt-in-your-mouth), nopal (cactus), chicken mole and chorizo. Friends also ordered some mushroom fries and lumpia from the curbside truck. Next time I would want to try the fried chicken sandwich. Overall, I think this place is really nice for a newly opened food truck gathering. The aesthetic and overall vibe is already great. I look forward to trying something new next time I visit. PS: it's super near A Taste of Denmark bakery, which has a pretty great eclair.

A great additional to the neighborhood! I really enjoy stoping by when I get the chance. The Alley may be small, but it provides a great selection of food options. Honestly, I haven't had a bad meal here yet. Tacos y Chelas: Delicious tacos! He also changes his menu regularly. Javis: Soft and flavorful empanadas! Perfect snack and great desserts (they have dessert empanadas). Xingones: Their fried chicken is so crunchy and delicious! The syrup they use, too, highlights the flavors perfectly. Curbside: Their burgers and fries are simply bomb. I love the Filipino fusion idea. With all that being said, I highly recommend Kono Food Alley. Stop by, grab lunch, and say hi - the vendors and customers here are really friendly!

The concept of Kono Food Alley is amazing. I wish I worked in the area so I can grab lunch from here every day and support the local vendors! I've been lucky enough to try Curbside's fried chicken sandwich, adobo tacos and lumpia. Their fried chicken sandwich is soooo delicious! I was heading to the airport, otherwise I would have gotten an order of their adobo fries too! The second time I visited, I tried Tacos y Chelas's chorizo and beef tacos. They're probably my favorite tacos right now. Pro tip: ask the chef for some of their homemade hot sauce! If you're in the Oakland area, definitely worth stopping by the alley for lunch. Parking is a breeze and the food is amazing and adorable.

Bomb fresh and local food vendors! This place is going to expand and be an incredible addition to the neighborhood A great way to support local up and coming chefs and eat bomb a** food! The tacos are definitely my fave in the bay! Plus he's a local young father of 2- gotta support! Other food, is also off the hook!!! Tons of options! New daily lunch spot

Nice options for food trucks, excited to see it expand. Trucks and food vendors rotate. I went on a Thursday...Ordered empanadas, fried chicken sandwich, and mole chicken taco !

The pork tacos were horrible. Super dry. Can't eat without something to drink. No vietnamese taste which is what I would expect. Those bean sprouts did nothing at all to anything. As a professional chef I'm telling you to leave it out, it's pointless. With the pickled onions it's enough texture. From la Vida boba I had the horchata which was watery. The empanada place was the best but waaaaaaaay expensive. 5$ for one wth is that??? 3$ and I'll go back but only to there.
