We had a hankering for fried chicken and a friend recommended this place. Can't believe I've never noticed them as they are literally across the street from Lake Merritt Bart station. We waited in a short line that moved quickly on a Sunday 2pm. They don't have the sides on the weekend. Sides include fries, mashed potatoes and rice and beans. You can order small or large. They are located in a convenience store on one side. They advertised donuts too but I didn't see them when I was there. We brought the chicken home and ate with rice bring Asian. So crunchy and flavorful on the outside, but still moist and tender on the inside. So good!

Normally, Krispy Krunchy is the best fast food-type chicken. This time, though, the breasts were dry and all of the pieces tasted a bit old.

Literally felt sick after eating this. So did my friend. If your going to buy from here buy the drinks or something not the food
Thank god they didn’t spell chicken with a ‘k’ great place for the crunch. Great people. Give it a go!!!

Don't taste like it did when it first opened in this location. It seems to me that the chicken is being cooked way to fast whoever is doing the cooking needs to take their time and fry that chicken properly. Chicken tenders shouldn't be stringy
